I received what looked like a bill so called customer services and spoke to Lily W who cleared up the confusion for me without a problem and in a lovely friendly way.

I realised that I had a long-dormant account which I had forgotten about. Spoke to Chris I on the phone and after a bit of digging he found it, waived a bunch of fees that had built up and helped me close the account. Great service.

Always find it a little daunting to phone the Company as I feel they will think I am stupid especially as I never seem to be able to log in but always receive courteous and helpful advice. The young man I spoke to today was no exception, put me to a Dealer who was also very helpful. Thank you to all at every time

I have just spoken to Kieran and found him to be really helpful. He took time to explain how a process worked and made things everything clear to me. Really impressed. Alan

I started with them when they were TD Waterhouse. I know HL has the reputation but ii has the service and they are far cheaper. Brilliant research tools! Excellent telephone service, never kept waiting in a queue and when I have a question they always know the answer, never, "I will have to ask my supervisor." They have contacted me when they thought I had made an erroneous purchase! Why put money in the bank where it will earn .005% when you can invest with interactive investorand watch your savings grow.

Prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful service on the phone from Cam today. Thank you

I got telephone assistance today from Leoni who was very helpful and efficient. My query was resolved quickly and the status of my account confirmed. Excellent service especially in these Corona Virus times when people will probably be working remotely.

I spoke to Lydia H at Interactive Investor and she was very patient and helpful. I am seventy five years of age and she talked me through all I needed to know and do. Thank you Lydia.
