I attended the Conflict Awareness course and found it very useful. The sessions were engaging, and we had practical exercises that showed how to avoid conflict and handle situations calmly if they arise. This will help me deal with challenging situations on site more confidently and professionally.

I found it to be extremely valuable and beneficial. James delivered the training brilliantly, he was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the sessions really interesting throughout.
I particularly liked the structure of the course, with the theory completed beforehand and the practical elements delivered separately. This approach worked really well and helped build both understanding and confidence.
Overall, this was a very important and worthwhile training experience, and I would highly recommend it to others.
