Well you did insure our event though it took a while to get it sorted with the wording we needed. Communication, via the broker, was rather slow. We did not have to call on your service but it gave us peace of mind and we hope to do the same next year as without insurance we cannot run the event.

Good price and attentive staff
Cheapest price I could find for what I was looking for (two day's worth of public liability insurance up to £5mil for an event I had a stall at). Plus, even though I made an error on the initial form and requested cover for the wrong dates, I emailed them and they quickly got back to me with documents amending the dates of coverage.
