Sent it twice!
Outstanding service. My original order was stuck somewhere in the Chicago mail system and repeated calls to USPS were never able to pry it loose. InsulinHub noticed (I didn't have to call) the delay and contacted me. After explaining, they sent me another order, without charge, which arrived at my home without incident. I've never had another business do that for me. Thanx InsulinHub.

This is an honest company
This is an honest company. They tried shipping me the product via Royal Mail from UK to Mexico during the Covid19 episode and for reasons we don't know, it didn't make it to me and was returned and Insulinhub issued a prompt refund. Another online ordering company I used have not shipped any product and have said the supplying company is now out of business so they cannot issue a refund. Very different experience! So thank you.
