The experience from start to finish was great from the initial contact and further telephone calls to the surveyor and the installation all took place within a couple of weeks. They answered all my queries and concerns the guys doing the work were great . The person doing the cavity wall was brilliant. He was patient and he explained things to me. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He stayed late into the evening till the job was actually finished. They were tidy they put protective stuff down to protect my stairs whilst doing the loft insulation they cleaned up after themselves. It was great. It was a long day it started about 8:30 but it’s great to have the job done all in one day. Samantha was brilliant whenever I reached out to speak to someone on the phone they responded quickly when I left messages they didn’t leave me waiting for days - responding within a few hours or certainly the next day. I would happily recommend them for the efficiency in their service from start to finish . thank you.

Amazing service! From start to finish I have lots communication with the office staff and then an appointment to check the works that needed to be completed to make my home warmer. From having that appointment to getting the works installed and completed was less than 2 weeks. Works were completed in one day. The guys were great and tidied up after themselves and explained everything to me when they were undertaking the work. Really haven't been able to fault.

The team from Insulating homes was very cooperative from the minute we booked in with them. They informed us of what we needed to do upon inspection and what to expect from them. Prior to the appointment date given they did come to see us and inspect the loft, they explained what will be happening on the day and offered to help us prepare the loft as we store a lot of things in the loft. On the day they arrived on time and got straight into it informing us along the way. They measured up, took pics, and didn't waste any time. These guys were super helpful as im disabled and my son also which he was home due to illness. These guys worked damn hard and did an amazing job also cleaned everything for us. They completed jobs we had no idea it was included( mould cleaned and protected with anti mould paint and a new fan in the bathroom as there is no windows in there. The lads were friendly and very informative they did an amazing job inc exterior insulation I can't recommend them enough 5* rating thank you we have seen a huge difference which we appreciate immensely. They did also put vents in the windows they went above and beyond so Thank you 😊

The 2 workman were very professional and it was really pleasant to see them enjoy their work and fulfil it to a high standard as well as being refreshingly friendly people .

Insulating homes did a retrofit loft insulation job under the Great British Insulation Scheme and they were professional from start to finish. Junaid was the retrofit assessor and he was very friendly, l knowledgeable, and showed great attention to detail. He clearly explained what work would be done. Sunny was the retrofitter who installed the insulation and he too was very friendly, professional, worked tidily and quickly too - it was all done within a few hours! All said, I'm very happy with the whole experience and have recommended it to my friends who have just bought their house outside of London (built in the 70's) and will benefit from similar work being done under the government scheme.

Excellent service, from consultation to installation of extractor fans and loft insulation. The contractors were knowledgeable, professional and were able to answer any queries that I had. An excellent company. From Samantha who was out initial contact and the works being carried out. I have had vents and cavity wall insulation. All work promptly carried out and my house is now much warmer. I have been provided with courteous and polite attention at all times and the works carryout to a high standard.

A very competent company, whole process was prompt. Even when our first installation appointment was cancelled due to their staff sickness, the lady in customer service did all she could to arrange next installation few days later on Saturday to our convenience. The technician Sunil was also competent and polite. He installed everything that was recommended and agreed. He did it without errors, all looks neat, and he tidied up after the work was done. Insulating Homes applied for government grants for us so process was faff free for us and we didn't need to pay a penny. Recommended!

Hi the contractor came explained everything he was doing , he insulated the loft put window vents in the both bedrooms, sitting room and hallway .He put extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen. He tidied up after himself .He was knowledgeable and had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. I would highly recommend his work. Thank you Sara

Great service. Surveyor was very thorough in his report. We actually received the grant as our home is a cat D EPC. The work carried out was explained well at each stage and completed well! Let’s hope for a warmer home!
