The property needed quite a bit of work doing when we moved in but they helped to improve everything and we have been happy for many years. Always professional, friendly and clear communicating.

This was my first BTL so it was quite daunting. However once I connected with Trevor he supported me before I even engaged him as a letting agent. He gave me advice on properties I was looking to rent out and was available to view the house I ended up buying. He was key in getting a much higher than expected rent as well. There have been a few small issues with the tenant which Trevor has dealt with efficiency and then come to me when needed.
