This is a scam. We ordered in early December for a Christmas present. We finally received the blankets yesterday and they are tiny, not what we ordered. The website is no longer working. They basically stole my money, because they did not send me the item advertised and any emails to the company have no response.

What I received was a bundle of cotton balls dipped in gray dye, and then woven together by individuals with special needs. Has anyone been able to contact shop.com or their bank to reverse the transaction through fraud or scam protection?

I've been waiting since December 11th. I thought I checked online before but I must have been looking at something spelled similarly! I received an email response that was autogenerated. The tracking link disappeared this week, but it was always stuck at the processing stage. This is a Scam! Like others it was to be a Christmas gift.

Bought 2 of these weighted blankets on December 7. Received them today and they are crap. Yarn blankets no weight. Biggest pile of crap I’ve ever seen. Now the web page is gone. Bull crap

SAW IT IN INSTAGRAM!!! Ordered 3 blankets on 12/9 and never received them. Tried to contact them but no luck! No website for them. I emailed their "help" email but no response! It's a SCAM!

Total scam. Ordered weighted blanket Dec 1st and still haven’t received it. No tracking info, scripted email responses. TOTAL SCAM! Will be reporting to attorney general!

Scam alert!!! I ordered 3 blankets December 2 to be given as Christmas gifts. Needless to say, no blankets and no updated tracking numbers to be found. I've sent several email with bogo responses stating my package is in transit. Yet I have no way of tracking it with the tracking number they provided once order was placed. I attempted to cancel the order with them around the 20th of December and was told that since the package was supposedly in transit that no refund would provided. My next step is to contact the BBB and my Bank. Do not order from this place!!!

Instreame has yet to respond to my several attempts at contacts with this company on where the blanket I ordered is located. I ordered a blanket from here on December 1 and still have not received it and still have not received any response to my contact attempts. This company is ridiculous and all I want is my money back.

Like everyone else has said, this is a scam. Ordered on December 1st, 2023. Didn't receive a tracking number until I emailed them a week later, and there have been no updates, so probably a bogus tracking number.

Tried contacting them again and no response. Went to the website and it's been taken down. Hoping either the Shop app or my bank can refund it in a few days when it hits a month since purchase...

Yep, it's a scam. Paid for a product that never arrived, and when I went to check up on it, the website no longer exists. Beware

I am extremely disappointed! This is a complete scam as all the other reviews have said! My mother purchased this item for me as a Christmas gift. I did actually receive it but it’s nothing close to a weighted blanket. It’s like cotton balls woven together to make a square. I went to the website to get return information and the website no longer exists. A complete waste of money.

Despicable! Dont waste your time or money. I ordered 2 blankets and the shipping information was never updated. The order date was 12/1/2023 and NOTHING was ever received. I plan on contacting the BBB. I want my money back! They deserve negative stars

It's a scam. I got told I could get a refund but I would have to cover shipping and there is a restocking fee IF THE ITEM EVER SHOWED UP its only been 5 weeks lol. That's where they get you if it never shows then you will not get a refund bbb shuld get involved in this but I'm sure they won't.

I ordered a chunky weighted blanket which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The company appears to be in Staten Island, NY so I thought 3 weeks would be plenty of time for shipping. No contact whatsoever from them, no acknowledgment of the order, no tracking number, nothing. I called the number on my credit card statement and received a text message reply stating "let me call you back". Today I received an email giving me some sort of tracking....

Ordered blanket back in November. They sent a tracking number and it stated it shipped on Dec 4th. It’s December 25 and nothing. Sent 3 emails and they say no refund as it was shipped. However nothing on tracking except label made. They aren’t replying. I feel like I am being scammed. Do not buy.

I only gave one star because you can't give less, but it's worth significantly less. This is an absolute scam. I ordered the "featured" product on November 30th as a Christmas gift and have yet to receive anything. No replies to emails and no tracking or shipping updates. I have disputed the charge through my bank, and I recommend you do the same.

Not even worth a star. I was totally scammed. Ordered the weighted blanket and received a 2’ x 2’ piece of a blanket that is not even close to what I ordered or expected. So disappointed it was supposed to be a gift.
