Incorrect items shipped and then rectified.
This is not the first time the wrong items have been sent to me. I love the products from Instant Promotion, but shipping QC is lacking. I got the correct flag mounts, but 2 of 5 dust cover cases were not the size ordered. My 10x20 tents fit nicely in the bags sent for them and work exactly as planned and described. After our event ended and we were loading up, it was apparent that we received (3) 10x10 bags instead of (3) 10x15 as ordered. The packages were not labeled on any of the products and we had already sent away our pro carry bags so it was quite difficult to stuff the larger frames into the bags sent and we may have damaged them so I will be forced to pay for 3 additional bags for your mistake. We would not have even ordered these if the original design pro bags had held the tents properly without having to use zip ties to keep them from coming off of the tiny bases. At least the newer pro bags have addressed this with larger plates and an additional strap for securing the tents inside.
Great products in general with poor attention to fulfilling orders.
Follow up: As always, customer service is a high priority with this company and I am happy to report that I received replacement covers today, 9/7/25, for the ones that were incorrect without having to order them myself. Great job, Instant Promotion. Thank you for handling this proactively.

Mr. James Shang made my experience so easy !!! He answered every question/concern I had. I could not be happier with my tent and table cover !!! Now my business info is on display for all to see !! The convenience of the roller bag is a must for my 13x20 . Material durable, color vibrate, info legible. I highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact, I gave another business owner the company’s website when they saw my tent at a recent event we were both participating in. Y'all keep asking for reviews and I keep telling you, you are not priced competitively. The canopy and the frame (which is required) are sold separately yet marketed as a package. The width of the legs of the frame does not accommodate weights easily (unless purchased from IP, of course). Neither the frame nor canopy come with a case. Please stop asking me to review you. The stars will continue to go down.

Your original quote included a frame, but during the selection process you chose the “no frame” option—which also includes a note clarifying that we can’t guarantee fit with other brands, and recommending our frames for best results. It’s something many customers do when they already own one of our frames, but we understand how that step could be overlooked or misunderstood.
As for the weights, the heavy-duty frame you later purchased features a wider leg profile—part of its added strength—which can limit compatibility with generic accessories. It’s a trade-off that supports durability, but we understand your concerns. We’ll continue working on making all of this as clear as possible upfront, and we appreciate your honest feedback.

I had to order replacement parts for my tent. Customer service rep was nice and parts were delivered quickly. I would recommend adding more pictures and a more detailed description to the replacements parts. Overall great company.

The tent is beautiful. The materials are high quality. It came out just as designed. The only thing I wonder is the best way to keep the white material clean should it get dirty.

The quality of the work was more than I expected. The tent and the frame were made of the best quality of materials. It was easy to put up and take down.
