I would not recommend this site/software.
It doesn’t work as advertised, and there’s no customer support available when you need help.
Unfortunately, it turned out to be a waste of both time and money trying to get it to work properly.

I've been using InstantDecoAI (or Interieur.ai) for a while now, and it’s truly an amazing tool. Whether you’re staging a rental, helping buyers visualize a property, or just experimenting with different styles for your own space, this platform offers incredible value. The ability to place individual objects or generate fully styled rooms in different aesthetics is fantastic, and normally, everything works seamlessly.

My Initial Concerns
A few days ago, I ran into several frustrating issues:

The tool completely stopped working for four days. No matter which device, browser, or Wi-Fi I used, it just kept loading endlessly. This was especially annoying since I had just renewed my subscription.

Only one image was being generated instead of four. Previously, four images per prompt were provided, which made it easier to compare different options. With just one image, I had to regenerate multiple times, which was time-consuming and less effective.

And then... the unexpected "artistic enhancements." Imagine my surprise when my beautifully staged rooms started featuring naked women casually lounging on my virtual furniture. Now, I appreciate creative expression as much as the next person, but I signed up for virtual staging, not virtual dating. While this may be an interesting (if unintentional) feature for some, I wasn’t looking to add an extra layer of intimacy to my real estate projects.

The Good News: Fast & Efficient Support
After reaching out to customer support, I have to give huge credit to their team. They responded within hours (which is seriously impressive), acknowledged the issue, and explained that it was caused by a recent update. The problems have now been fixed—meaning I can once again generate beautifully designed rooms that perfectly match my style.

While the tool still doesn’t generate four images like before, it now provides two images instead of just one, which is already a big improvement. And honestly, knowing that their team is so responsive and willing to fix issues quickly gives me a lot of confidence in the service. AI tools will always have occasional hiccups, but as long as I know I can reach out for help and actually get a solution, that’s totally fine by me.

So, while my initial frustration was real, I also have to recognize the fantastic customer support and the overall quality of the tool. I continue to use and recommend it—whether you’re staging real estate or, well, pursuing your virtual dating dreams.
