Firstly, I'd like to extend our sincerest apologies for the experience you've had with Instant Car Finance. It is deeply concerning to hear such feedback, as it does not align with the standards we set for ourselves. I understand your frustration and disappointment given the prolonged wait and complications you faced but we worked together with the finance company to resolve the issues.

We deeply regret any inconvenience and stress this may have caused you, this is obviously never the aim when we are providing a service that is imperitive to get right when it consists of a vehicle that has implications to daily life. We sell a substancial amount of vehicles on a monthly basis and we aim for every customer to enjoy a 5 Star experience, however on this occassion we dont achieve this for you and for that we are truly sorry. We genuinely value all feedback, both positive and constructive, as it helps us identify areas that require improvement.
