This company has excellent customer service! I was having problems with my Google account and Suegen texted me every single day with an update, and she was always there for me with words of encouragement and support, AND she got my account back up and running! Suegen is a true professional and I love working with her!

Gave instaboost media a try hoping their talk could produce what they promised and they could walk the walk. We saw our results decrease once we hired them so we asked for a refund because of their initial guarantee that they sold us on. They would not refund our money but tried to offer a different service to get us to stay with them, no way we were going to waste anymore money on a fake service that reduced our views. We cancelled as fast as we could knowing that this company is a fraud.

I was a bit apprehensive when I was told my rep would be a guy by the name Val. He says it stands for Valentin but there at times I think its Valerie. Anyway, he's good. There times when he's great. On a scale of 1-392 I'd give him a 275. Does what he says and we share a few laughs. I'd ride out for him. He's a real one.

Working with Google can be very difficult at times maybe most of the time. Sway listens and he cares, he is also the calm within the storm, A great attribute in his industry.

it's a shame most of these 5 star reviews are made on bot accounts. great to talk to on the phone but no results.

We were contacted by Instaboost Media to help us with our google business page. We were already ranked high in our city from the SEO we had already performed but they sold us on getting us in the top 3 searches within 50 mile radius of where we lived. We didn't need instaboosts help with the city we live in and we made that very clear in the initial call. They guaranteed we would rank in top 3 within 50 miles after 90 days.After signing up and paying, someone called us about 7 days later for our welcome call. They sent us a report that showed we were good with Google but other sites didn't find us. All this search results were done by a computer software that probably took 2 seconds to run. After that was complete, I didnt see any activity change on my Google business page. I asked multiple times for reports on what they had been working on. I received their bright report but that's it which only showed my cuty. When people would search my business it would no longer pull on maps after they took control of my business page. All of my other search findings also decreased after they took control according to Google reports. After 3 months of letting them try to get me seen more I finally cancelled with them. They initially told me that their guarantee would get us shown within 50 miles after 3 months. My business would not pull if searched for certain keywords they claim they targeted 5 miles away. They said they would not honor their guarantee because I was pulling in my city. I was already ranked in the top 3 before I signed up in my city. I would have not wasted my money knowing they only focus on your city. Their 50 mile claim is false so don't believe their guarantee and make the same mistake I did. When I talked to the quality manager she made all sorts of false claims stating they set up my Google business account and got me verified. They had no part in that or changing anything on my Google business page.

Long story short, this company does not produce what they claim and they do not honor their guarantees and their award winning claim is a joke. It is a bronze rating that anybody that pays to get a rating gets as default. The good companies get the gold not bronze.

UPDATE: After I got off the phone with Quality manager and her Manager asking about getting a refund and stating this would be the last month we would be using them. They cancelled my account, just a week after pulling the monthly fee out and said they will not be servicing my account anymore. I asked the quality manager if she would be prorating the rest of the month since they closed my account and she said since my account has been closed they would not work on it anymore. She said I would need to contact her manager. I talked with her manager and he said he would not refund the money and I would need to dispute the charge. I am speachless at the lack of customer service. I have filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint against instaboost to try and save other people from getting scammed.

After I took control of my seo again, my views increased over 1500 percent in 3 weeks. They completely messed my Google business page up. Don't allow Instaboost to control your SEO. They are incompetent in what they do. Any company that has to call businesses for work and use a scare tactic to get you to sign up is a company you should stay away from. I wish I would have known this prior to giving them a chance.

I was able to get my money back by disputing the charges on my credit card because of all the lies that Instaboost Media made and the bank found that their guarantee was falsely advertised to get people to sign up with them. The BBB is also still waiting for them to submit proof of the claims they made against me. This company is very unethical and should not be in business.

InstaBoost is leaps and bounds above their competition. I recently fired my previous marketing team due to lack of lead production. In our first month with InstaBoost they produced 13 times more leads than the previous company! Our second month is on pace to quadruple that! Great production and even better customer service! Hi. I tried instability after a telephone salesman said he could get me business. That my phone would ring. Well I signed up and followed their advice. After 5 months of not 1 phone call it was time to stop spending money with no return. Their nice people I grant you.
But it didn't work for me. I'm a house painter. I was up in the rankings to be seen. I believe they helped that way. But calls never came.
I think consumers are using other means to get house painting. Anyways it's over and I tried.

Highly recommend. Full of great, normal people that are extremely helpful and easy to work with. They really helped get the tedious things done that I didnt have time for or didnt know how to do - especially Chris Baker & Bryan Acosta. Thanks guys!!!

their SEO game is STRONG! They are always on the ball and quick to make any errors online. Only downside is in the beginning you will get a lot of marketing calls due to Instaboost Media putting your business NAP info into all the directories online. I have learned alot from my Rep Sway, I just signed up for their reputation management package 2 weeks ago and I am already seeing reviews come in :). It really seems like then genuinely want to help you with your business marketing goals.
