Bought barbell and some weight plates (total 100kg). Not many shops send items to Finland but this did. Fast delivery to front door.

I’m honestly disappointed. I bought inSPORTline Delavan UB exercise bike (PV-38151) from inSPORTline for 609€ on December 4, 2021. It broke in January 2025, and since then I’ve been waiting for replacement parts that never arrive - just empty promises. No repair options, no support, no help from inSPORTline dealers. It feels like once the product breaks, the only solution they offer is to buy a new one. I will take this exercise bike to a waste treatment plant - in other words I will throw 600€ straight into the trash. I regret ever buying from inSPORTline. Never again. I will replace it with a Tunturi exercise bike - something that works forever and is a brand of quality fitness eqipment.

inSportline removed the Reviews section from their Facebook page. They don’t want public ratings because inSportline receives only negative ratings.

Wait for the stock for a month just to discover they don’t deliver to half of EU countries. Talk with their support and they treat you like rubbish.

Habe eine Bank zum Brustdrücken gekauft.
Als dann alles montiert war musste ich feststellen, dass die Bank selbst, also die Liegefläche auf einer Seite ca. 1-2 cm niedriger ist weil die Polsterung Keilförmig geschnitten wurde. (wurde erst offensichtlich als ich dann draufgelegen bin...da hat man es erst bemerkt.)
Habe dann reklamiert und Fotos gesendet.
Es kam eine kurze Rückmeldung, das man sich darum kümmern wird und seit dem ist nichts mehr passiert. (habe vorgeschlagen nur das falsch produzierte Teil austauschen zu lassen und nicht die ganze Bank. wäre ja versandtechnisch total dämlich.) ist jetzt ein Monat her....werde es jetzt wohl selbst neu polstern. Nie wieder dieser Händler!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! They send you faulty products and then wont pay the money back.. been waiting for months, no, more than half a year now! Their phone numbers are faulty, if you call it will be redirected to some beauty clinic and they will just ignore your emails! If you want to save your nerves and money, find someone else to shop with. This company is SCAM!!!!!! Specially the .ee branch!!!!! Never order from Insportline.ee!!!! SCAM-SCAM-SCAM!!!!!

Tragiška įmonė, gerokai virš mėnesio pralaukiau savo prekės, kurios vis dar negavau. Po daugiau nei 3 savaičių atėjo laiškas, kad sandėli prekė pasieks kitą savaitę, tačiau tai tebuvo tik paistalai. Rekomenduoju apeiti šią įmonę. Įdomu kiek dar reiks laukti kol grąžins mano pinigus.

Bought a stepp maschine. It was so badly manufactured it is not really possible to use. Wrote the suport 2 weeks (reklamace()insportline.cz) ago and no answer.

Do NEVER buy anything from insportline.

Just received Crussis ONE-Cross Lady 9.7-M for my wife. Good price, fast delivery, well packed, nice bike, so good experience overall. Screws recuired some tighning and no manual in English but I guess those can be found online. Air suspension seems nice and 4 A charger is a plus for the high capacity battery compared to typical 2 A.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, bought a product due to “10 year guarantee” giving me the confidence in the product, broke within 3 months of use. I have been waiting nearly 9 months for the replacement parts and am still waiting, anytime I get a delayed response to my questions via email, it’s always unhelpful and seems quite rude in some cases. I am opening a gym and I thank god I have had this experience with my personal product for my home gym and didn’t invest tens of thousands to then find out I am left with unusable equipment, worst experience I have had with any manufacturer and will never be using this company for anything else.

Dont order anything from them very bad service

We ordered a scooter for our youngest coworker's birthday. Before placing an order with Insportline in CZ we specifically asked for delivery options and time frame. The answer was 5-9 days for delivery and no problem. All sounded great to us and we placed an order. This is where all went wrong. One week later after our inquiry to Insportline we get a message from Eva Scholasterova that they had to take inventory for several days and basically they were too busy to work on our order. The order was processed only after our inquiry(one week later). The answer to our question about promised time frame was that they apologize but the order won't be there by the agreed upon delivery date. We still had 4 days left until our event and we suggested Insportline to use some expedited shipping methods. From this point we have not received any messages or replies to our inquiries. Today we cancelled the order and still no communication, calls not returned either. The whole experience is something we would like not to have. It is perfectly clear that Insportline has deficiencies in their quality management and are not able to manage consumer orders according to the industry standards. Their customer service seems to be self propelled and not aligned with the rest of the company.

I ordered a bike at the beginning of July. The box arrived rather battered but I overlooked it unfortunately, especially after the shock I received inside. Firstly the bike was fully assembled without any sort of bubble wrap to protect it against bumps. Just the pedals needed fixing on. As a result, the bikes front wheel was completely mangled, the rear mudguard was dented and the handle bars bent out of shape. The fork too was bent too! I sent photos as proof of the damage to Insportlines claims department. They agreed for me to return it with a full refund, since it's within the warranty period. However, according to Aftership, the bike reached there last Friday. My last contact from the lady who was dealing with it, was last Wednesday. I have since sent numerous emails informing them of the fact that my bike has now reached them. I am still waiting for them to refund me accordingly. I should have trusted my instincts against purchasing a large item of such value from abroad. However, since the lockdown, affordable bikes for me have become so popular, that stores like Argos and Halfords,are constantly sold out. Also, I was drawn by their glowing reviews. I'm praying this whole matter is finalized with Insportline finally refunding me.😒

Falsches Produkt geliefert. Lange Lieferzeiten aus Tschechien. Mieser Service. Geld/Ware soll erst erstattet werden, wenn das falsche Produkt retourniert und geprüft wurde. Das wird voraussichtlich mindestens zwei bis drei Wochen dauern. Wer gerne lange auf sein Produkt bzw. auf sein Geld warten möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

I was a bit worried about making an order for an exercise bike (I needed a foldaway LIGHT weight, so I could move it) as I had never heard of this company before, but finding one on Ebay for £200, I wasn't going to pay that without doing a google search, so I put in the name of the bike on Ebay and this company popped up, just under £90 including delivery, seemed too good to be true, but was too good not to give it a try (using my credit card), I ordered it late Tuesday afternoon / evening and it was delivered exactly one week later on the following Tuesday (considering where its coming from that's brilliant), so got to thinking this has gone too good, something is probably wrong with the bike, BUT to my amazement the bike is perfect, folds away easily, easy to move around etc. I have tried 3 different fold away bikes in the past and this one is 100% PERFECT, Thank you for your excellent service :)

Like many people may be I was wary of ordering from Prague online however, I needn't have been!
I ordered 2 mountain bike tyres which were significantly more competitively priced than their British competitors. They arrived in less than 5 working days, very well packaged and exactly as ordered.
I will certainly use them again - highly recommended.

I can't praise this company enough.
I had never heard of them before and came across them while searching for a swimming pool cover which I could not purchase any where in the UK as had sold out.
The price was Cheaper than buying in the UK including delivery from the Czech Republic and from order to arrival it took just 6 days.
Great communication as I was kept up-to-date throughout the whole purchase including tracking my parcel to my home address.
