Chad Hubert and his team from Insight Loans recently helped me with the Purchase of a home. The experience was Professional, Quick, and their Communication Skills were Excellent. From my initial call to their office, to the time of closing was 16 calendar. The Appraiser even did the appraisal on the Fourth of July! This wasn't the first home I've purchased, but it was DEFINITELY THE BEST experience ever for me. Phil Behnen was amazing. This was my first time buying a house and he helped me through every step. He even dealt with the extremely crazy family that was selling the house. I'm sure this was a very difficult process and he remained very professional even as his voicemail was filling with crazy calls from the seller's son. Even as I was stressing out he would break the process down step by step for me and at no point was he wrong about what to do. At a time when I felt like I was fighting everyone else Phil was my teammate and we won! Also great interest rate and no fees, etc if you care about that stuff. :)
