Beautiful necklace, great quality and a really lovely way of keeping my husband even closer to me with his finger print. The whole process was a breeze
I contacted the costumer service as, unfortunately, my dear mums fingers prints were not the greatest quality so i wanted to check if they were suitable before place my order. Natalie responded to me very quickly and said they could make it work and that's exactly what they did. I ordered 3 x dog tags for my brothers and my dad and 2 x tear drops for me and my sister and we all love them. The whole process was so easy and delivery was extremely quick. I bought my daughter a bracelet for her birthday. I had it engraved with her Grandma's handwriting as a keep sake for her. She absolutely loved it, especially the engraved words. She will treasure it forever. I will definitely buy from here again. Excellent service.

Twice I’ve had to return my brand new…
Twice I’ve had to return my brand new bracelet due to first off being faulty & then coming back to me scratched. I’ve had it back for a 3rd time today & the charm is STILL scratched/marked. This is after them saying it would be polished, nothing had been done. I ordered this start of January, paid & yet still it’s rubbish!
Just don’t bother with this company for such an important item what on earth do they think they’re doing, no quality control at all. Why send out a faulty brand new item in the first place & then send it back out still faulty with scratches, then send it back to me again in the same rubbish condition?!

We are very sorry to hear how disappointed you feel, as we understand how important and meaningful these pieces are.
As previously explained during our email correspondence, when your bracelet was first returned to us, production would not have been aware that the item itself was brand new, as the return was processed in the same way as all standard repair requests. The charm was therefore transferred onto a new bracelet as requested.
When you contacted us again to say the charm was scratched, we can only assume this occurred in transit. The bracelet was returned to us without its protective cover, which normally prevents surface contact during handling and shipping.
To resolve this for you, we issued a further returns label so that the charm could be professionally polished. Following polishing, any visible marks would be polishing marks rather than scratches, as polishing removes scratches rather than creates them.
We genuinely want you to have a piece you are happy with, and we are always here to help. Please do contact us directly at hello@inscripture.com so we can review this again with you and ensure the best possible outcome.
