Returns are shocking, they actually want you to make illegal customs returns:

Their product is a solid 3.5, but their conduct is a fat zero! I purchased the Innovv K7 dual dash cam system from them, used it extensively and determined it was okay but had issues with video quality, image stability and way too many separate components that probably should have been combined into a single unit, increasing the installation difficulty.

They asked me for a review, and I did a thoughtful review detailing the con issues and the pros and I gave it a 3.5 rating. That was around April 1, 2026. They responded on April 3 with; "We apologize for any unpleasant experiences and unnecessary troubles caused. You can contact our after-sales team, and we will address your issues as soon as we see your message. Thank you for your support!

Go onto Innovv's site for the K7 with their nearly 100% 5 star reviews and see if you can find that review. You won't because it's not there. They clearly cherry pick reviews and kick anything that isn't a 5 star review, or anything that actually details failings in the system (vs just I haven't installed it yet 3 star reviews) to the curb. I loathe companies that falsify their reviews to get sales, so even though I don't hate the system, I would never buy from Innovv again. Dishonest, unscrupulous and untrustworthy company. Do business elsewhere.

I had spoken to Sydney Australia about a deal for my motorbike but couldn't do the paperwork till Monday. I received an email with a great deal and paid my money. It turns out I was dealing with China not Sydney with local support. I contacted China and they did a full refund, credit to them. If you want to deal with Innovv make contact first to get the correct website, local support and dealing with local people.

Innovv don't just make great products for motorcyclists they are people that really care about their customers. Having dropped my n2 for bmw I cracked and chipped the screen. I decided to mail them and see if it was possible to have a new screen fitted and was instantly answered by Lily who informed me that as I only had the unit for a few weeks innovv would send me a brand new replacement free of charge.
I can only thank Lily and everyone in volved in customer service for the great response and help they have given me and rest assured that the n2 is a great product and innovv is a first class company.

Rubbish customer service. Delivery didn't happen, lied about it being delivered. My wife was home, checked the security camera no delivery - do not buy.

Jeg installerede en helt ny N1 enhed. 14 dage og 3 ture efter stoppede carplay med at virke.
Enheden sender ikke længere et wifi-id ud. Jeg kontaktede innovv der refererede til en troubleshooting der ikke løste problemet. jeg sendte innovv en video der viste hvordan enheden ikke virkede og at troubleshootingen ikke virkede. Der blev igen henvist til troubleshooting. 3 gang opgav jeg da der igen blev henvist til troublesgooting.

I ordered a K7 from their website and was sent a used one.

It was open box and seemed that someone has used it for some time and then returned the same.

It has scratches on the remote and dust in the button grooves.

Lastly I had to pay duties and fees amounting to CAD 28.12, when their website states that it's duty free.

All in all I had to pay USD 321.26 and CAD 28.12 (Approx. USD 21) for this.

Their contact Blair has been of no help. Just sending random responses and trying to steer away from the actual issue.

They claim it was opened by customs but I called customs to confirm and they said it was not as they would reseal it with their logo tape and put a note if they open a package.

BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.
