Joe and David from Innovent were great to work with, they made the whole process of getting our old IT equipment recycled very easy. The driver, Tommy, turned up on time and took care of everything. The team was professional and friendly, and we got our asset report after just a couple of weeks. Will definitely use them next time.

I have had problem after problem with the PC that i bought through Wowcher from innovent recycling. Within the first week the mouse stopped working and so I had to buy another. Then after about a month, there was a fault on the PC which rendered it completely unusable. I was in communication with someone from innovent recycling who was trying to help me to resolve the issue, however, my IT skills are poor and it was difficult for me to reset the computer without access to it. Eventually they stopped replying to my messages and I had to figure it out on my own. When I finally got the PC reset after months of not being able to use it, it was working well for a few months until 5 or 6 weeks ago when the monitor stopped giving any input at all to the screen, again, rendering it unusable. I contacted innovent and they initially ignored me until I posted a review on here to explain the experience I had had. As soon as I posted a review, they started replying to my emails instantly every time I emailed, assuring me that the problem would be resolved, the part upgraded and my warranty extended, whilst also begging me to take down my bad review. I eventually trusted what they were saying, packaged up the PC to be collected and took down the review. I emailed to say that I was at home all day every day for collection as i’m currently on maternity leave, and that I had taken down the bad review. Since then they have not replied and the PC has not been collected after two weeks of waiting.

They care about their reputation but don’t care if the customer receives a working product or not. My advice to anyone wanting to buy a PC from this company is to not! Spend the extra money and buy from a reputable company instead, a company who will resolve the issues that you have and care about you as their customer.

I have purchased about 30 laptops and 10 phones from Innovent (on behalf of a charity). The service is excellent and the items are as described. Delivery is also very fast (ordered Friday and arrived Mon morning). When I reported one unit was faulty they sent out a replacement without hesitation. I would recommend them as a supplier of recycled IT equipment.
