The two engineers (Bill and Ben) who came to my home today to do some exploratory boreholes are an absolute credit to the company. They do a great job, keep you informed and leave the site tidy when they leave. I couldn’t rate them any higher!

My car got hit by a bus when parked. Bus company let the insurance company know the next day. A week later I had to chase for an update, they then let me know it was passed on to Innovation, and 4 weeks later I’ve constantly had to chase for updates. Mixed information given depending on who you speak to on the phone. Emails are not responded to.
6th July I emailed accepting their settlement offer. Email says payment will be paid quickly. 10th July I phone asking for an update, they hadn’t even seen my email.
17th July no payment still and when I called for yet another update no one can tell me when I’ll get it yet my car is being picked up for salvage today.
Absolutely shocking communication.
No empathy. Genuinely feels like they don’t care.
They’ve made a stressful situation worse.

Allan & James came to complete soil pipe work. They were brilliant. Prompt (having left very early to get to our property), considerate, and efficient. Problem rectified and work completed to a high standard. Issue sorted & can’t thank them enough - good job guys!

FAZ & JOEL were great - kept me informed on what they were doing and showed me exactly the purpose of the borehole - tidied up beautifully like they were never here!

Alex and Luke were friendly, courteous and very professional. They explained everything thoroughly and did a great job from start to finish.

Kim and Ronnie arrived promptly to do the drain work. They were professional and friendly and explained the work they had carried out. They left the place tidy and took all debris away.

Bill and Ben, were pleasant, efficient and very polite. They even got on well with a grouchy barky dog.

Chris and Charlie came out, top blokes, ran me through everything, answered all my questions about concerns, helped me understand alot more as a first time homeowner.

Felt comfortable leaving them to the job while i was in meetings, respectfully rang the bell to get my attention, and most importantly left the area they were working on very clean and how it once was.

All in all, great service and i can’t thank Chris and Charlie enough, definately showed up for the Innovation Group and bettered the expectations i had.

I also want to give a mention to James who dealt with the issue i had prior to the callout, spoke very professionally and most importantly understanding the customer. When you have a leak, its very concerning for the customer, so customer service has to mean a lot.

They did a thorough job and ensured to tidy everything away back to how it was. Thank you

Chris & Charlie came to find & repair leak reported . It took 2 visits to complete the job . I was explained the process from start to finish. When they did find the leak shown the cause of it aswell. Good old builders dumped all the rubble, unfortunately heavy briss block was right on top off it with nearly 50 years of movement caused the leak.
Both then filled the hole reset my block pavings & left clean & tidy place.

Allan and James attended ontime, were polite and explained the whole process thoroughly. The issue was with a cracked foul water drain, repair was carried out efficiently and retested to ensure the leak was resolved.

Extremely poor service, managing an accident, arranging repairs, have called them as their 'approved repairer' is terrible, said they'd call back and not heard a thing. Atrocious service, next time I'll go through a proper claims process!

The two men,namely Chris and Charlie spent all day sorting out a leak at the front of my house. Great lads! Worked so hard in the hot weather. Friendly, polite and didn't give up until the problem was sorted. Cleaned up and left my garden tidy and clean. Pleasure to have them here. Well done Chris and Charlie!

Josh and Ash came to take soil and root samples. They both worked very hard in difficult hot weather. But what I liked the most about them was their willingness to inform me at each stage what they were doing, answer my questions in a professional manner, and just generally provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely diabolical. Been chasing Innovation for 7 months on failed repairs they completed on my insurance subsidence claim. They came out once and said they'd escalate, monthly emails to them requesting updates have gone ignored whilst the internal and external repairs to the property continue to worsen. I now need to raise with the original home insurer to get them to remediate or have Innovation removed from their approved repair agents.

I would advise anyone to avoid this company. If they are appointed to lead your claim request that they use an alternative company. Useless and unprofessional is an understatement.

Once they have completed the original works, they will walk away and leave you with no support for their failing efforts. They'll put a sticking plaster on an axe wound.
