Hi i applied for initial consultation, and was impressed with a timeline of 2-3 days but that is only on paper, no body got back to me and i am gripped with paranoia that they are going to steal my idea and patent it themselves!

Such a huge proposition in bite sized chunks, just as I need. A very long way to go but absolutely certain Innovate-Design has got what it takes, from a simple chat on the phone and a brochure answered all initial questions signposted the way forward.

Information about the process of patentable innovations was comprehensive but some idea of all costs involved other than a patent cost would be helpful

THEY ASKED ME OVER THE PHONE WHAT'S YOUR INVENTION, AND THEY KNOW THAT NO 1 SHOULD SAY TO NO 1 HIS INVENTION UNTIL IT'S PATENT, AS IT'S THE 1ST AND MOST IMPORTANT RULE IN THE INVENTION WORLD, I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY WERE THE LAST ONE . . .

I am well aware of the different alternatives how to seek patent, trade mark, copyright and so on. Your website did not add anything to that list. I expected a lot more like specific advice.

When I first made contact with this company about 1 year ago, the names which I dealt with were:

I have written a letter and sent an email addressed to these two individuals; but I have NOT received the courtesy of an acknowledgement or a reply.
These two individuals seem to have disappeared into thin air. Are they still alive? ?
