Information came within 2 days. Lots of good info but not necessarily for me.

I believe they can really help me with this. Time will tell but so far very professional.

I had an invention, a gardening machine, and I needed someone to develop it for me. Innovate Design looked a safe bet, with praise and recommendations from the press and from Lord Sugar. They were well established and their literature inspired confidence.
What I found was that you work together. Two, or more, heads are better than one. Innovation coach Thomas Kelly brought up points about the invention that I hadn't considered, and designer Sean Irving did brilliant work turning the basic idea into a well-functioning piece of machinery, with changes and experiments along the way, always consulting me or keeping me informed. He produced impressive computer images of the machine as it will be in reality. And, all along , the invention remains entirely mine. At the time of writing this, I have begun the patent application process. I recommend Innovate Design to anyone seeking help with a creative idea.

The reassurance that my ideas would be treated with confidence and that genuine assistance would be provided.

The initial pack was sent very swiftly following my initial contact with Innovate Design. The NDA made me feel secure in sharing my idea and the phone call with Tom was great! He was relaxed and friendly which was perfect. Loads to think about now!

Through no fault of the company, I have been I'll for sometime and have not been able to to continue with business.

10-15 days delivery atemp was made after 2 full weeks with 40% accuracy, then no response to phone calls or email for 10 days... Bank legal team request and refunded money after 2 month of purchase of innovative service. Got email requesting money to be paid back which was refunded by banks legal team, and month later got court letter that innovative asking to be paid £395 for service that was only 40% done.
Summary is that innovative design won't do it on time and 100% and ur money will be wasted.

Every step so far has been a 10/10, From receiving the welcome pack, to explaining the idea, Having a completed Product report, still in early phases but going forward I've been given nothing but honesty from Sam, the extensive conversations are just so helpful, speaking about changes and what would work what wouldn't work. This is all before the larger payments to develop my idea further. Truth and honesty goes a long way, I can assure anyone thinking of using innovate - ignore the negative comments, you will be informed and helped along all the way. They are there when needed even if its a five minute phone call. I can not wait ! to take on the next steps with all involved.

I ordered an information pack from this company. The company contacted me twice to enquire if i was going to proceed. I advised them twice that i hadn’t received the kit, then received it a few days later.
