In early stages of using this service, but what I can say they are friendly and very informative. Obviously I am paying them for a service but as someone who is a complete novice to this field, I am encouraged to continue to work with the Innovate team. Slight critique, they could be a bit more open with their pricing structure!

Very efficient service - digital copy of guide sent through immediately and hard copy in post the next day. I found the guide incredibly informative and helpful, which gave me the confidence to move my design idea forward. On the positive initial experience I have now commissioned Innovate-design to take my idea forward with a view to designing the product. Very exciting!

My colleague and I have created a ground breaking concept in the automotive field. I found the guide excellent and as a result we aim to use the company in the not too distant future.

Easy strait forward guidelines to follow

I cant comment yet on a final review as I'm in the process of discussing my invention but as soon as I spoken to them I will write my review. The only thing I can say is they acted swift to my call and all necessary paperwork was sent out very fast...hopefully they hear me out and realise this is a very important invention that can save millions and benifit the public and another party also which I can't say at this point but it's a game changer.

The Eyes of The Present are the Eyes of the Future.
Hence its important to help the Human Race and Nature/Wildlife evolve and prosper and avoid DOOMSDAY.

Great start to my dealings with Innovate Design. Hermione is a great ambassador for the company, answering all my questions diligently, putting me at ease and setting out what Innovate do in a clear and concise manner. I just hope all the staff at Innovate are as friendly, efficient and professional as they were. Currently, I look forward to continuing to work with the company.
