I ordered a product and paid for it about 3 months ago and have yet to hear anything from this shop/ company. Numerous trues to contact them have needed in System Failure to contact them. I have come to the conclusion that this is a scam.

SCAM company do not buy same as Glitzy and fourpaws offer dog beds pay p&p

So, like many many others, my pet bed was "free" with 8$ shipping. Placed June 2, 2020. It was late at night (3-4 am); did it on a whim...and it was "shipped" on June 10. Of course, I have not heard from them since even though I sent 2 emails. Shoulda known better. It sucks! Did not order through PayPal...used a debit card. Prob never it my money or the bed. Is 2020 almost over?
I did not know Trustpilot did reviews. I just checked another online store with unbelievable prices. I will use Trustpilot always before placing orders.

I ordered a "free dog bed", just paid shipping from Bar non but paypal showed inov8.store. That was over a month ago and still no bed.

I ordered a 6 claw inadvertent ring from them they said just pay shipping so I did they said it would take 30=50 days to arrive and I sent a few emails to them and now the emails come back and tell me that the company doesn't exist anymore, they took my money and I got nothing

Same as everyone else. Ordered 2 dog beds, they were free just had to pay shipping. They were from a company called Bar None, but paypal payment went to innov8.store. Received a confirmation email after payment but that's it. My emails to customer support go unanswered. I assume they opporate under a variety of names, see previous reviews. Too bad we all probably looked up this site AFTER being scamed. I will be disputing the charges with paypal.

Ordered a pet bed weeks ago and never got an update on the status of my order. I contacted the company and no one ever got back to me, so I feel like this is a scam. Disputed the charges through PayPal and will be getting my money back.

I never received the ring after 5 months
I emailed the company 7 times and never received a reply or the ring
I feel this is a scam company and would not recommend anyone orders anything

Same as mentioned from other customers. Don't give this company your money, it's a scam

I ordered a pet bed. No item received no communication or answer to emails. Its a scam do not use this company. They also go by the name of the Glitzy store.

Absolutely useless!
Figured why not (board in lockdown what else was I going to do)
You get a PayPal payment confirmation and nothing else.
Drop them a message to ask where the order is. No response.
Wait some more... And nothing arrives. You the have to dispute with PayPal. And you must do that within a time frame too or you loose.out twice.

General rule... Avoid Facebook selling!!

I'm not going to write a long review, just read all the others below. My experience has been exactly the same. I'm beginning to learn my lessons. Don't buy anything off Facebook. There is absolutely no vetting of sellers on there. You can pay for an advert yourself, make a fortune then disappear. Facebook don't care as long as they're getting their ad revenue. Seriously, stay well clear.

I would give them minus zero if I could - never received item. Put in a dispute with PayPal....only ordered from them because they accepted PayPal...would never recommend this company to anyone!!! SCAMMERS!!

Bought an item February 22nd 2020, received an email with order number and an estimate of 30 to 50 business days for delivery. No further communication to confirm shipping within 10 days as promised and no response to several enquiries from their so called support email address. It's been 4 months so I can only assume this is a scam and fraud.
