Ordered both BW and Colour large cartridges for HP DeskJet. Delivery was prompt, BW fine but Color cartridge rejected by printer with no bypass (despite the little page included in shipment that said "just ignore"). Sent it back, they sent the same thing, same result and from then on they stopped responding to emails. (I believe the term is Ghosted)

2nd Update: received a refund eventually after sending a solicitors letter. Lucky to have one in the family, but it’s the principle that counts.

Update: Inkjet.ie is refusing to refund my €100 worth of ink that is blocked by my HP Envy 7134 (known problem mentioned in other comments) because it was sent back a couple of days late!

I was offered replacements which is no good as they will probably be blocked too and I don’t need more hassle! I only opened one of the 5 cartridges I returned because I was afraid they wouldn’t be refunded if opened. The company is making an issue of this too! Who keeps opening products if the first one is faulty???

I have rarely had such a bad online experience and can’t understand why a company would risk their reputation for a few €€€. Buyers return to companies with good customer care. Inkjet.ie don’t care about their customers.

I will take this as far as the small claims court if I have to.

Ink doesn’t work on my HP Envy 7134. It is “blocked” by my printer with no option to bypass error messages. I’ve used other non-HP ink for the past year without issues.
I’m down over €100 and no refund yet, despite returning it and being promised a refund.

Avoid. Unless you want a lot of hassle. I see that other customers have had similar issues so this is a known issue.

Fantastic service. Competitive prices. And great offers too! Got my inks out to me in the post yesterday morning in like under 24 hours.. Next day delivery. And it seems all the way from Monaghan and I am based in Galway. Had the tracking on the go in a matter of hours and everything. That's what makes the difference. If items weren't out in the delivery it would have meant it'd be a couple of days or indeed it could have been next week. But the difference was made. Bualadh bos daoibh! Impressive service!

First and last time to order ink. Half my order was wrong, so I had to return them, again they resent me the wrong cartridges, it took over a week to get the wrong cartridges resent. Poor quality ink cartridges so returned everything. They only do refunds once a month so now have to wait for my money back.

Bought two colour and one black cartridge, all faulty!
They have promised to refund me but they haven't.
I'll never use them again and would discourage anybody else from using them either.

Ordered and paid for ink cats. 12 July 2021. Up to today 6 Aug 2021 NOT delivered. Inkjet blaming An Post and have refused legal replacement or refund.

I've been buying ink cartridges for my HP inkjet printer from inkjet.ie for a couple of years, and I am very happy with the quality of the products and the customer service. My orders have always arrived quickly, and the one time I had an issue with a cartridge, it was replaced once the company had received the faulty one without any quibbling. I particularly like that they accept empty cartridges back, which you can send to them for free, and they give you a 1 Euro coupon for every cartridge you return. The prices are significantly lower than buying from the shop, and though they are reconditioned cartridges, they look brand new and besides the one occasion I had an issue with one cartridge, they function perfectly. Shipping is free on orders over 55 Euros, which is fair. The company also offers more affordable bundles of three cartridges, either Black, Colour or both, your choice. I can highly recommend buying from inkjet.ie for great service and excellent prices, plus the empties don't have to end up in a landfill, which is a big plus for me in this age of disposable consumerism.
