Terrible customer service.
I purchased a wine tasting promotion from our local PBS station, and later received an email about the shipment from this fulfillment company that had the incorrect address. The links in "InGoodTaste's" email do not work, and neither UPS nor FedEx allow change of address, InGoodTaste only allows the shipper to change the address. But they have no phone number listed on the website nor on google search. They do not respond to multiple emails to request a change of shipping address.
So I cannot comment on the company's product because they were not received, but can attest that their customer service is non-existent.
I recommend avoiding this company.

After TRULY enjoying the wine advent calendar package from Costco, I thought it would be fun to try another Vendor's advent calendar... SMH... what a disappointment. Delivery went fine but the wine! The wine wasn't just unremarkable, it was skunky... exposed to heat? or oxygen?... it was just bad. I thought California would have better offerings, but EVERY red was a disappointment and most of the white wines were too. Save your money... I poured them down the drain.

Although they need to work on updating delivery dates they were relatively quick to respond to emails.

Though this is frustrating and they know the ‘batches’ they should be able to figure it out and hopefully next year they can give estimated delivery dates.

Yes i said next year as my wife loved the advent calendar so will be doing this as long as she drinks wine …. So every year.

Doing some early Christmas shopping and was really excited to find this advent calendar for a wine enthusiast. The website promises $20 discount for signing up for emails and texts. I've been bombarded with texts - received a contact card which I thought was great however the phone number provided is out of service. I'm also getting a ton of emails. The supposed discount is the same that is offered without having to divulge personal information. There is no way to input a delivery time frame. It's an advent calendar I certainly don't want that delivered in September!
