Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Purchased the joint wrap for my knee a couple of weeks ago and noticed a week later it was one sale (pre Black Friday sale). I requested a price adjustment and received a prompt response that the difference was being credited to my account. Thx you!

Love the device use it daily

Love the device use it daily. Received it quickly and when my my first unit malfunctioned after a couple of months, it was replaced promptly. Very pleased with Infraredi and their product, as well as the customer service.

Customer service

For a 5 days was poor communication, once human get back to me from customer service it went smooth.
There where delay on delivery in the begging, as their delivery system went down.
Once issue picked up, it came fast.

ordering more!

I've just ordered a second product (a wrap) from Infraredi. I got one of their small panels and I have found it really helpful in reducing inflammation. Still early days to see if it helps with my facial wrinkles! The product is easy to use but I want to target my back and tummy and think this will be easier with the wrap.

Update on order with Infraredi

I posted my initial experience of not receiving a full order placed with Infraredi on Oct. 4th. I contacted the company and the first person to respond's first response was that the full order had been delivered.
I posted that exchange (below this new portion) on TrustPilot.
I quickly received two emails from Infraredi Support and a wonderful employee of theirs, Lyn, offering assistance and correcting the info the first responder did not present when answering my initial emails. They also expressed their apologies for what I had experienced up to that time.
Lyn very promptly found the issue with the missing product and over a few messages updated me on the situation, letting me know the whereabouts of the third piece of the order. She messaged me to let me know when that piece had cleared customs. The very next day, the third piece of the order arrived.
So Infraredi will be quick to respond to further requests for assistance.
I have begun using the product, and it appears from my first experiences that I will be able to achieve benefits for which I invested in.
Thank you, again, TrustPilot and Infraredi... and Infraredi for having a TrustPilot presence.

On October 9, 2026 two boxes were delivered to my address:

Delivered On: Thursday, October 09 at 11:59 A.M. at Residential
One box had the Infraredi Pro Mini
One bos had the Infraredi Pro Stand
NEITHER ONE OF THEM had the Infraredi Joint Wrap.
I wrote to the company and just received a response from 'Joyce' claiminng that my ordered products were both delivered.
It is as if 'Joyce' didn't read the emails fully, didn't look at the images captured from my order which made it look like the Joint Wrap was a part of the sent items, when it wasn't.
'Joyce' only wrote

Thanks for reaching back.
Upon checking, your order has already been delivered on Oct 9th with two tracking numbers, one for ech box actually delivered.

A couple of days after I sent the message to Infraredi about not receiving the Joint Wrap I came to TrustPilot to see if there were any other customer reports similar to what I was in the midst of experiencing...
And now, 'Joyce' is claiming all were sent and delivered.
My confidence in Infraredi is gone. I want my money back and I want them to come and pick up the Infraredi Pro Mini and the Infraredi Pro Stand.
When their representative didn't pay attention to the information I sent in a couple of emails about what was actually sent and what I ordered with images which indicated their malfeasance, it indicates to me that Infraredi is not a company to be trusted with my hard earned dollars and my undeserved trust in their company.

Great products, great customer service

I have ordered 2 products from Infraredi - the body wrap and the panel. I use both on a regular basis and they are fantastic. As a cancer patient I wanted to do everything I could to help myself heal and discovered the benefits of Infrared light therapy. The scars from surgery have healed so well and quickly, I believe that is down to the Infrared light therapy. I use daily as you need to be consistent. I have also noticed increased energy levels and less pain. I had an issue with the body wrap, think it was a loose connection. I reached out to the customer service team and received a very prompt response. I sent a video of the issue and a new body wrap was posted out more or less straight away. So the customer service is fantastic in my experience. I highly recommend the products and Infraredi as a company

I am a legitimate buyer- i am a hairdresser in Australia and I bought the pro panel to help with body aches. I've recommended it to clients and they have also had success with the wraps etc.
about to buy a wrap and read some reviews on it being a scam site and I can tell you that they are not.
I was worried it wasn't going to be sent but the communication was good when I reached out. Just get in touch and be patient.

Replacement policy is nonsense

Purchased an Infraredi red light machine in mid-April. After just 4 months, the protective goggles fell apart in my hands.

I contacted Infraredi with photos and was told by “Joyce” on 15 September that a replacement pair would be sent out. Since then I have chased twice (18 September and 22 September) and received no response.

I don’t understand why sending out a simple pair of plastic goggles is so difficult. In the meantime, I’ve had to make do with broken goggles taped together, which is clearly not safe or adequate protection.

This has been a very disappointing customer service experience. Based on my experience, the advertised refund/replacement policy is not honoured in practice.

Outstanding service

Not only is the red light unit amazing, but the service is outstanding. My whole family use it every day. We have had some minor problems and the service has been second to none. Maybe the best company I have even bought from.

Cannot use full body panel even though I’ve had it for 9 mths. Customer service has become non existent

Xmas 2024 I bought a full body panel with stand.
I haven’t been able to use it as screws were missing and the wrong lead was sent.
With many emails sent which they initially did respond to, Infraredi support has ceased to respond to my last email dated 28/9/25.
I still am unable to use this expensive piece of equipment. I wish someone would help as I am trying to regain my health after 10 yrs of mold toxicity with a load of inflammation which I was hoping infrared would help with.

I was genuinely excited to invest in the Infraredi Pro Panel. I live in Montreal, Canada, the same country the company operates from, so I expected the process to be quick and straightforward. Instead, I received a UK style power plug that makes the panel completely unusable.

I reached out to customer service right away, thinking this would be resolved within a day or two. Instead, I heard nothing for days. When they finally replied, it was only to apologize for the delay and say they would “follow up for tracking details.” There was still no tracking number, no confirmation that the correct cord had even been shipped, and no real timeline for when I’ll be able to use the product I paid for.

It’s incredibly disappointing to spend this much on a premium wellness device and still be stuck waiting, unable to use it. The lack of urgency has made the whole experience frustrating from start to finish. In my case, the product itself isn’t the issue, it’s the slow and unproductive customer service that has left me with nothing but wasted time and mounting frustration.
It is clear they are using A.I for customer service which is a complete let down.

Very poor service

Very poor service. I purchased the Body Wrap Plus mar 9/25. I tried it but had no results. I emailed them and told them. I wanted to return it but they told me to keep trying it as it takes a little longer to get good results. So I tried it and it still did not give me any results. I could not return it because it passed the return date. I have tried to explain this but they do not answer me. No telephone contact number available. Extremely poor service

Hi Martha, after investigating your order, it appears that you received your order back in March this year. You sent us a message only 3 days after you received the Body Wrap, letting us know it's not working for you. Our team responded and let you know that it can take a few weeks of consistent use for the therapy to start providing relief, and that we recommend using it consistently during the 60 day trial period and if it's still not working, you can return it as part of this trial period. After this, we didn't hear from you again until 4 months later in July, where you asked to return the Body Wrap. If you had notified us within or just after the trial period we would have gladly processed a return for your order. However, it has now been 6 months since you received the Body Wrap, 4 months after your trial period expired. Unfortunately this is far outside our 60 day policy, so we are unable to accept a return & refund for your order.

No reply and support - update: Resolved

I purchased the Infraredi Mid panel in 2021 and used it regularly for about 3 years (5× per week, 20 min). Recently, half of the panel stopped working.

I sent three support emails over the past week and received no reply. Then, as a test, I sent a message from a different email pretending to be a new customer — and got an immediate answer.

This is very disappointing. I used to recommend Infraredi to friends and clients. I still hope for a resolution, but ignoring existing customers damages trust.

Update (7 Sep 2025): Resolved. Infraredi reached out, arranged a replacement, and the new unit has arrived. Thanks for following through — I’m updating my review to reflect the positive resolution.

Device won’t turn on

To the Infraredi team who replied to my post here. My order number is: 6562.

Just bought an Infraredi body wrap and I followed the instructions and charged the device until the blue light was solid, but it won’t turn on. I even held the on switch for 4 seconds as suggested by another reviewer here, but it still didn’t turn on. I am very disappointed.

Disappointed – €600 Infraredi panel failed shortly after warranty, no repair offered

I bought an Infraredi infrared panel in March 2022 for over €600. Just after the 3-year mark, the central LED section stopped working. I contacted support, expecting repair guidance or a service option. Unfortunately, I was told there are no repairs possible — not even at cost — and was simply offered 25% off a new purchase.

For a high-end wellness product, this level of reliability and support is disappointing. A failure this soon, with no repair path and no real accountability, makes me question Infraredi’s long-term value. I won’t be purchasing from them again and suggest others consider brands with better durability and post-warranty support.

Scammers

I ordered a device and kept being told it was going to be shipped. First I was told the stand wasn’t available and it was expected at the end of the week. I had to send a msg again a week later and was told it was getting ready to ship. I wrote and said I was concerned I was being scammed. Finally got a message it was ready to ship. I paid my 800. And after another week I was told they had not received my payment. I finally said I was calling my credit card company to say I had been scammed. I was told I could have a refund but not if I reported. I said if I did not get a refund by the end of the day I would report and go to social media about my experience. I did finally get a refund after being frustrated for 2 months. Horrible company. I believe they are scamming people.

Looking like a big SCAM! Beware!

I ordered the Body Wrap Plus over a week ago. The full purchase price ($339.26) was charged to my credit card up front. They have not shipped the item. When I followed up to ask when it would be shipped/estimated arrival timeframe, nobody responded. If I do not get a response by Friday, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. After looking at some of the other reviews on here, looks like a big scam! Beware!!
