Rose Heaters - The Infrared Heater Company Ltd Recenzje

Arrived on the next day after ordering good instructions and all fittings included

trialled 2 heaters. delivered on time as promised.

Good advice received from the company and heaters ordered arrived as scheduled within two days of order. One of the heaters was faulty but a replacement was sent right away.

Very quick delivery for my heater. Super pleased with it!

There was an error on their system and my order wasn't dispatched until I contact the 1 week later, and and it took days to for them to get back at me. I tried to cancel it, as it took to long to arrive, and I didn't need the heater anymore, but they send it anyway. I had to pay for return postage and it costed me £70 to have nothing.
NEVER AGAIN.

Great customer support, rapid delivery, good prices.

Good experience , heater is just what we needed for small kitchen without central heating

Don’t offer free next day delivery when it actually isn’t and try to offer better customer service

I am very please with the product, and consider to buy an other one soon.

Poor guality heater that keeps falling over so very dangerous as well. Have reguested a refund several days ago but no response.☹️

Heaters are working very efficiently, as advertised, and the service was very good to boot.
Would definately use this company again.

Having purchased an infrared heater over 2 years ago, the unit malfunctioned. After a quick email to the company, they immediately sent out a free of charge replacement under the 5 year warranty.

Great customer support

Heater and service very good. The delivery company APC said they could not find our address and were looking to send back the parcel. I arranged collection from their depot which was 3 miles away

Excellent advice and help meant we chose a cheaper heater for our shop than we had first looked at. It makes a massive difference in our cold shop.

Easy to order from an excellent range on the web site.
Good delivery time with great communication from the company / courier.
Fitted six heaters in our scout main hall and look forward to reduced heating bills whilst keeping out little angels warm

Good equipment, good service, good support

I never realised how cheap and efficient infrared heating actually is. I bought the roller see through wall heater and it's amazing.

Very fast shipping. Product is excellent. The most effecient way to heat your property using electric.

Such great customer service!
Sadly I had an issue with the panel I had, this company takes it seriously and sorts it out very quickly.

The roll up hanging picture heater seemed like a good idea but it’s not practical and the heat distribution isn’t very good. It’s in a very small space so it should be adequate. Also the design makes it very difficult to keep away from the wall unless you fix it onto batons. The picture is attractive, it gives out heat and it’s a great idea but I’m disappointed with it and feel it’s not good value.
