HUGE DELIVERY PROBLEM
I bought 2 TIMES from this website and faced the same delivery problem : You pay a big price to be delivered (DHL ) and each time the agent didn't bring the item to my home ( which is supposed): And when I enter to the tracking item link, I see a note saying that the agent didn't find me at home: Which isn't true because I work from home and I don't move before 7PM.
The problem that I don't have a car and I am obliged to pay a taxi to go and pick up my order from the store. I CANNOT GIVE YOU MORE THAN 1 STAR.

I bought a Mag544w3 on 12/09/2025. Worked perfectly for 3 weeks. Then on all channels picture and sound failed then fully returned after about 10 seconds. After another 15 seconds same failure, continuously. I contacted the supplier and was given a list of possible fixes and advised that " if these don't fix the problem, please send box, at your cost to our service centre in Germany " The fixes were very basis and changed nothing. Previous box older version works perfectly on same set up. Going for an upgrade with infomir bad decision. Inherent design fault is obvious conclusion.

Very terrible product do not buy it i was trick into buying it and it's just a junk

ik heb al meer dan een jaar een abonnement bij infomir via een belgische provider. Ik heb onlangs nog mijn abonnementsgeld betaald voor een jaar maar plots geen ontvangst meer. Heb geprobeerd om die belgische provider te contacteren maar het nummer is niet meer bereikbaar, verdwenen met de noorderzon. Ik woon in Spanje en is heel vervelend natuurlijk. Ik zou iedereen aanraden blijf weg bij infomir.

If I could rate this product anything less I would. Please don’t even buy this product cause it’s nothing that it promises on the box. Non of the channels I needed work or are available. The customer service is defunct and and has a standard response “ Let me check and get back to you”.

Nothing ever gets resolved and most of the channels stick or jump around.

My advice is to find another more suitable provider that has a good customer service.

My experience has been dire so far and I would not recommend this product to anyone!

I bought a MA524 box at the end of july from Amazon and since that day having issues with the box. Called Amazon and they told me I need to contact the seller and they provided a telephone number for the seller. Tried multiple tomes reaching to the seller and no one picks up the line. I finally called Infomir directly and they wont help either> they told me to call the seller also, Amazing that you cant find a single person to help with crappy box

Bought the wrong box. Returned it for a refund. No issues. Answered all of my emails on the issue.

Have previously bought other items from them and never any problems.

I own an android tvtop box and it is a Mag420 wi which is made by infomir. I have a lot of problems with it and decided I would like to contact tjhe Manufacturer. On their site there are many supposed links to support but they all lead to the same page and there is no real support at all. Just a bunch of common queastion they get. I do not have any of those questions but there is no place to put in a question and no contact information given except on the one page that I will show you that says to fill out their form. When I go to do that it takes me to the page with the types of support you need so what department will take your information. But no matter what you choose it takes you to that same page withall the questions when it is supposed to take you to a page where you fill in a form for your query but there is no form and no way to get any actual real support. This solves nothing and is most frustrating to be going in circles.

Terrible product and company refuses to honor warranty
