The workshop at the Wembley showroom was incredible. It made me so much more conscious of how we use energy at home. I learned so much about internal and external insulation, heat pumps, and other renewable methods that I’m already looking at how to apply them in my own life. The staff were so welcoming and professional. The experience was so good that I’ve actually applied for summer work experience there to learn even more about the industry. Highly recommend this team if you care about the future of energy!

We visited Infinity energy for a school trip and it was an amazing and enlightening experience. We learnt many ways on how to improve your home for the betterment of the environment eg: insulation (interior and exterior), air to water heat pumps and even EV charging points! The staff at infinity were lovely and very enthusiastic, helping us understand renewable energy. Overall I really enjoyed my trip to infinity as it helped me learn about renewable energy for the better.

It was very interesting and enjoyable to learn something new, the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to explain to us how to keep our homes energy efficent and also explained how it can save us money the staff also enganged with us asking for our opinons and even let us ask questions they also made the day seem proactive with slides full of information and with us using our knowlegde to make fun posters it seemed like they were putting effort to help us learn something new which was great , overall it a great place for students ,teacher and even regular homeowner to invest their time to save money for their homes , would recommend to schools for fun trips

We've just had External Wall Insulation installed by Infinity Energy Organisation and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish.

The installation team carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard. They were professional, polite, and clearly took great pride in their workmanship. Every day they arrived on time, set up efficiently, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy before they left.

Communication throughout the project was excellent. The team kept us fully informed of the plan for each day and were especially considerate when rain was forecast, letting us know in advance if work would need to pause and keeping us updated at all times.

The project management was second to none. Every question or query we had was answered confidently and with clear knowledge, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the process.

We’re absolutely delighted with the quality of the finished work and the transformation it has made to the look of our property. The house feels so much warmer than before. I attended a school trip to Infinity Energy’s workshop and it was a very worthwhile experience. The visit connected well with my Geography and Physics studies because it gave us real examples of how energy efficiency and insulation are applied in everyday life.
The staff gave a clear presentation and then showed us around their showroom. We saw external wall insulation, air source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points, solar panels with battery systems, portable power stations, and even electric bikes. This helped me understand how different technologies can reduce energy use and support sustainability.
We also toured their office, which added to the welcoming and professional atmosphere. From the beginning, the staff were friendly and made sure we felt comfortable. At the end, we received useful gifts, which was a thoughtful touch.
Overall, the workshop was both educational and enjoyable. I came away with a stronger understanding of renewable energy solutions, and I would recommend Infinity Energy’s workshops to other schools or anyone interested in learning more about sustainable energy.

I really enjoyed the trip to infinity, the staff were really kind and made the environment smooth and I felt comfortable sharing my ideas with my peers. What I learnt could help me when I buy a house and how I can reduce bills and save energy. they introduced me to many services, I particularly was interested in the e bikes which I learnt a lot on. The best part was probably the little quizzes and games as it refined my knowledge what I learned from this trip and get to know each other. And at the end the gifts they gave was super nice of them. Overall the show case was a great experience for young people like me.

We had the external wall insulation completed in our 3 bed home in October 2024. The company has been spot on since day one. Adam was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were also able to get the Government funding towards the fee. It was a stress free /job with the workers handling all the project. I recommend 100% this company and will be using them again if/when I decide to take on any more jobs in the house.

I was called and told that I qualify for grant funding to have outside insulation. They arranged to send a surveyor out to me but one day before survey I get a call informing me that there is no more government funding scheme which I know is untrue and the salesman went on to say do I have any ideas about this as I still need the work to be done. I told him where to jump and I will be reporting to the FCA! No doubt he was going to sell me a finance package! the governments funding if you qualify is available but the government is only working in partnership with trusted companies and information is available on the government website. Please do not be scammed with taking out finance from these people.
