For clarity, your order was placed on 2 March, processed within 1 working day, and collected by the courier on 4 March. The parcel arrived at the pickup point on 9 March and was collected on 10 March.
As our products are handmade, our standard timelines are 1–3 working days for order processing and 3–5 working days for courier delivery, which are outlined in our terms and conditions at checkout. Based on these timelines, your order was processed and delivered within the expected timeframe.
During the delivery process we also remained in contact, providing updates and assisting with tracking to ensure you were informed throughout.

Infinitely Special is my absolute go-to! I’ve been ordering from them for some time now and I’ve never been disappointed. The scents are incredibly close to the original perfumes, and I’m constantly getting compliments. Someone even told me the other day that I “smell expensive” — haha! The fragrances are long-lasting, super affordable, and honestly, the price gives no justice to the amazing quality. An overall great investment and an even better product!
