I had a bad experience buying from this online store. Mainly because of the carrier GLS, which is certainly cheaper for the seller but a disaster for customers. It's simply the worst delivery service in Europe. My package has been lost for 15 days.

The negative points:

- Some products listed as in stock are actually out of stock and are ordered from the manufacturer after the order is placed. But they're not the only ones to do this.

- Shipping costs are charged even on orders over €400, while it's free with most other sellers, especially with better carriers.

- They use GLS, which is the worst carrier in Europe.

The positive points:

- The support is very responsive on WhatsApp and takes the time to actually answer.

- They have a large selection in their store and they are specialists.

You can order from them; it's still a good store, but you absolutely must use a different carrier for delivery. With DHL, for example, your parcel will be much faster and you'll have far fewer problems.

Ho ordinato dei liner nuovi e dei ricambi per i pattini. Ho fatto l'ordine la domenica e lunedì mattina hanno spedito il pacco. Gli articoli erano imballati bene e con cura. Nel pacco c'era anche codice sconto di 15€ :)

Pésimo, nefasto servicio.
Retraso en la entrega, y cobro abusivo de impuestos Aduanales; casi 60%. Y no se hacen cargo.
La única "solución" que te ofrecen, es darte un bono para volver a comprar. El cuál servirá de poco, si te vuelven a cobrar mucho más de lo debido. En mi País es el 20-25%, incluyendo todos los gastos administrativos.
2 experiencias con ellos, y las 2 muy malas.
Busquen mejores opciones de compra.

Amazing shop! We had some problems with GLS and then helped me along by translating my messages to them and trying to think the best way to solve my problem. Couldn't ask for a better support honestly.

The skates quality is amazing and once the problem got sorted they arrived extremely fast!

Beaware of this shop, when returning goods.
They will keep your paid shipping costs and fees.
Free money for them, in this case.

Also selling as sample products are just used products for very high priced.

I have better experience with the following shops.

Look further for better skate shops in Germany, Poland en Denmark.
