Run don’t order anything from this company. Haven’t gotten my order. They haven’t even created a label as far as I can see it’s been now well over a month. They don’t answer any emails. Tried to cancel order, can’t do it. Once again RUN from this company. There are legitimate places to buy from, they aren’t one.

Avoid avoid avoid!

I ordered from indegopetco on 31 July and paid for shipping to Australia. It’s now 25 August, nothing has arrived and after 3 follow up emails I’ve had no response. No phone number to call and no service. Do not order from these people!

UPDATE: Item was received three months after ordering, and it looks great. Would have appreciated a response on previous inquiries but happy with product.

Order never arrived, no refund given, they ignore your emails and block you on social media

Saw something that looked really nice bought it for my mother as a birthday present, not only did it never arrive, they never responded to any e-mail except on my 5th e-mail - which they didn't offer any help or offer a refund they just told me it's on the way and it's been literal years.

Tried reaching them over social media, what do they do? They block you. Yes, instead of offering to help they straight up block you. All the positive comments are allowed to stay and all the negative ones are removed with customers blocked.

They are scum with no regard for their customers, if your order gets stuck somewhere, good luck ever getting what you bought or any sort of refund.

Good luck blocking people on TrustPilot, Indigopetco.

Please do NOT purchase from this company! I have been trying to return the suction toy since it was purchased. It doesn't work!! I've emailed the company too many times to recall and they have yet to respond. It's not like these items are cheap...very sad and disgusting that they would not even care to reach out. They don't care about the pets that we love nor the people who have tried to support this business...nothing worse than not giving a damn!

I wish I could leave a 0/5 for the tug toy. Does not suction well, plastic broke into pieces within an hour, rope frayed with the first bite. Complete waste of money. So mad I was scammed. Dont be me, dont but any of their products.

Not the best experience, but they made it right

Update on 1/11/25 - I'm changing my review to 3 stars because after about 2 years (2023 I think), and one final email complaint, i was refunded my money. I do appreciate that.

Wish I could rate 0. Almost 2 months and still haven't received my custom fleeces. They don't respond to any emails, messages or comments and I'm pretty sure they have deleted comments. Save your money.

Wrong item, no phone number and no replies to any emails

I ordered a Large Halloween dog costume. I was VERY careful to make sure I chose Large; the only choices were Large and Small.

When I was emailed the Order confirmation it said Small, so I emailed them that I ordered a Large. No reply.

I get a USPS shipping notice and email showing product is a Small. I email them again, telling them I ordered a Large, and because something was shipped, I needed an exchange. No reply. I emailed AGAIN, still no reply. This was 10 days ago.
I should have read the reviews before ordering. Most likely they don't even have them in Large, so they just send something. Either way, this is horrible customer service, basically non existent.

When I go online now, there's a choice of Large, Medium and Small. Not sure that makes any difference, but confirms there could be an issue with this site/company.

Not sure who I am more disappointed in, me for ordering from this company, or the company for providing terrible customer service. They have no problem posting updates on their site about orders being placed (probably fake) but can't reply to customer issue.

Suction Cup Dog Tug Toy Scam

Ordered the Suction Cup Dog Tug Toy over a month and a half ago. Every time I tracked the order it said it was at a USPS store in another state for that whole month and a half. I have reached out to costumer service multiple times and have yet to hear back. I did, however, finally receive the toy today (the wrong color, but still got the toy). The Suction Cup Dog Toy does NOT suction to the floor like it is supposed to. Not only did I waste my money on this toy, but I also wasted my time and now my dog can't even appreciate the toy.

They steal your money

It's been more than 2 months and I didn't received my order yet. The USPS tracking number that they provided me state that the order is still in their facility. I don't know how many emails I send them and they never reply back. They don't have any phone numbers or customer service department. You will be ignored should you have any issues whatsoever!

Ordered their suction cup toy. Supposed to last and be durable. In under 48hrs, my 4mo old puppy destroyed it. The suction never worked. The rope was easily frayed. I wrote customer service through their website, twice. No response. I wrote their gmail account, twice. No response. I wrote their Instagram page 3 times. No response. Biggest waste of money. Please so not purchase from this company who refuses proper customer service care. I'll be contacting the BBB for further investigation.

Never got my order

Ordered a product a month ago. No update, no product has arrived. Have emailed them twice and got no response. Left comments on their Instagram which they just delete. DO NOT BUY.

Update: I love that it took them nearly 5 years to respond to my review. If that doesn’t tell you what you need to know as a consumer, I don’t know what else will. LOL.
