According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered. However, we take situations like this seriously, and your complaint has been formally escalated. We are currently reviewing the case with the shipping carrier to determine what occurred and to identify the appropriate resolution.

Please know that this matter is still under active review, and we appreciate your patience while we work with the carrier to investigate further.

UPDATE: We truly regret the frustration and disappointment this experience has caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Our team was actively investigating the delivery issue with the shipping carrier and working toward a resolution when a chargeback was initiated. Once a chargeback is filed, the order is automatically closed under our payment processor’s policies, which unfortunately prevents us from issuing a refund or replacement directly.

We understand how upsetting this situation is and want to emphasize that we did not take this lightly. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re sorry we weren’t able to resolve this outcome in the way we would have hoped.
