I received the trimmer however, it doesn't fit. I ordered the adapter but still nothing fits. Now, the best part is trying to get a refund for item. You mind as well, whistle in the wind, because there is NO local phone# to call, NO local address to return the product and the best part is you have to send it to CHINA. The cost to send it back was twice what I was initially charged. This is just another CHINA scam and unfortunately, many citizens are getting taken advantage of. DO NOT BUY this item .....DO NOT WASTE your hard earned $$$ on some real Chinese CRAP

Never order from this company. They sent me the wrong product. They will not refund my money unless I return the item. They will not pay for shipping. The shipping cost is more than the item.

Trimmer arrived with no hardware to attach it to my Stihl. I got no response from my email inquiry, so I bought the "universal adapter" kit. Neither the splined adapter nor the nut fit the Stihl. It is only "indestructible" in the sense that you can never use it!

It took 6 weeks to arrive. Then I noticed that it didn't come with the attachment kit, on their website it says they have a 30 or 100 day satisfaction guarantee, depending on how you read it on their website, confusing. So I tried to return it and then they said to return it to China, which would have cost me as much as the purchase price, the item though was shipped out from Idaho, so why do they need to have me return it to China?
I'm left with an item I can't use and won't do return shipping for more than the purchase price. Heads up they have an AI bot to answer all emails. So you won't get anything from a human. Hghly unlikely.

The blades fell off after one use….. don’t waste your money…this product does nothing like the said it would….piece of junk

Do not buy from the Indestructibletrimmer Company. Their advising shows the adapter kit as part of the packaging. After you place the order, they then tell you that the adapter will cost another $20. I tried to cancel within minutes of hearing that there was no adapter, I was told order couldn’t be cancelled.
Then it took 3 weeks for the product to be delivered to S California from Chicago.. their warranty says you have 30 days to return. But… you have to return to China. The cost of returning to China will exceed the cost of the product. The warranty is worthless if the return address is China.
DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

Beware! This company is a scam.

The product doesn’t work, ignored my requests and soon as the 30 day refund window passed they responded saying I’m ineligible for a refund due to 30 days passing.

Total Rip Off - they advertise an indestructible weed trimmer but send you a derusting weeding wheel that you could buy at any local hardware store for less than half the price. PLUS...it does not fit.

A total scam - do not know how the Australian authorities to allow them to continue to advertise in Australia.
They only mention the need for an adapter kit after you have placed the order and then direct you to a site that does not exist.
How is this even legal in Australia

This product and the company who provide it are total scam artists, I purchased online, wished I had read the reviews as would never of purchased it. Says it is a universarl head strimmer but would not fit my strimmer, when I contacted the seller they said you need the Adapter Kit so guess what I purchased the adapter, when that arrived several weeks later it did not fit my strimmer, the said it is universal and will fit any strimmer. Do not belive anything they say.

Do not trust this store. Item does not fit any Whipper Snipper. The vibration resulting from attaching using a Stihl washer does not correct the issue. Contacted and was told to buy their adapter kit. Was not going to add more money to the scam!! Totally unhappy and only blame myself for not investigating properly. How disappointing!!

The product does absolutely NOT fit your existing trimmer. They'll try scamming you to buy the accessory for it to fit. The one they sent me was all rusty and looked used already and they refused to send me a new one.
Total scam company based in China.

Terrible company. I sent 3 emails saying don't send it, they ignored me and sent it. I didn't open it but emailed them to say I want to return it. They haven't provided the address yet and what's more said if I've used it I can't return it. I haven't used it. They're just fudging. Total scam

Don't bother they are a bunch of scammers. Brought the head, no where did it say you needed to purchase an adapter kit seperatley, when asked for a refund i was instructed to send to a LONDON address even though it was sent from China and they state the are an Australian company. You can get the exact same head in the same packaging from Temu for $15

1 star isn't low enough....... shipped from china, want me to pay to ship back to China, thought it was an Australian co, but buyer beware

The indestructible Trimmer is an absolute scam DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I fell for this as well and should have checked here first. The advertised item IS NOT what you get - you require an adapter kit that is not provided as part of the advertised product and is not available to purchase. Dreadful customer service advising I can return it to China at my cost or accept a 20% refund.

Total sham, when I found out the adapter kit was not available I asked them to cancel the order, they said it had already been sent, which was impossible as I’d only purchased it that morning. They said I would have to wait to receive the goods then return it. Took two weeks to arrive and now they are asking for photos to see if it’s been used or not, I haven’t taken it out of the packet. There is a return address which reads xu shibin store, PO Box 210075 Returns Centre, Auckland 2154, so I’ll send it back but I’m not expecting a refund, they’ll probably say they never received it, lesson learnt.

It's a sham. Con 1 is they sell you the trimmer head then after paying the confirmation email says you may need an adapter kit which wasn't made clear in their sakes pitch. Yes, i needed an adapter kit for a makita which in their ad said was compatible. Con 2: they make it appear the product is sent from Australia.. but look carefully as its "designed" in Australia
Con 3: Money back guarantee . Cost you more to send it back to China after being deceived it was sent from Australia. Con 4: a number of the earlier glowing comments are sham profiles. Unfortunately by the time people realise, like me, they've made their kill and ready to hit the market with their next sham. These people do no service for the integrity of online purchasing... certainly through slick Facebook campaigns

Falsely advertised, won’t fit even with adapter kit, only way to get a refund is to send with to London or to China- they can’t agree on where to send and postage back is worth the same amount as the products! Massive scam and now out of pocket. Not happy!

Absolute con.. assured it would fit a Black and Decker battery strimmer if you bought the adapter kit… well it didn’t. Chucked the whole lot away… waste of money!
