Inddus Recenzje

The product arrived in time.
Material and embroidery was similar to
Pictures.
The custom duty paid in Canadian $ was equivalent to the pice of the outfits and the conversion to American dollars tripled the actual price of the outfits.
The size difference was too much
If u are Looking to purchase xxl make certain ur order says XXXXL

Products are beautiful and same as the pictures.

The colour of the saree and the blouse has nothing to do with each other, they are completely different, this is not what was expected from the picture or anyone with common sense. It has to be match or a complementary colour and its neither.

The size was not matching at all.
The tops I ordered was xl but they could only fit children

exactly like picture, very pretty

I liked the outfits. All of them fit me well and material is good. I just need to make minor alterations to the length of the outfits. Also, some thread was coming out from one of the buttons (but that is a small matter). I wish that all 3 sets that i ordered came with the pant/salwar. Only 1 set had the salwar. It would have been better if all 3 had it (just like the images). The process of receiving the items was quite stressful. I had to phone Aramex multiple times to enquire about the status of the shipment. I almost thought i would not receive it at all. After so much of probing, it finally arrived yesterday. Hope Inddus would look into the gaps mentioned to improve further. Thank you

Base on material was great n stitching was good size I am very impressed ❤️

Payed 45 dollars for the anarakali,25 dollars for shipping and handling, taken more than 15 days for delivery. asking for 20 dollars tax at delivery which l was unaware off,not worth for all that money and wait when l actually saw it.

Very happy with the design and good quality of fabric. True to size. Thank you for my successful purchase.

Fast delivery and very happy that the size was correct. Quality and design was beautiful also. I will be ordering again soon, thankyou.

Tracking information was clear and my dress was lovely. Accurate size and quality. Will certainly shop from Inddus again in the near future.

The sizing perfect! Quality perfect! Quick delivery, Perfect! Thank you Inddus team!

The order arrived as displayed and size well fit however the item appeared to be an old set and had an unpleasant smell which made it obvious it was not new. It seems like very old stock was sent. I was quite disappointed and had to send it for laundry cleaning immediately. The customer service wasn’t helpful either.

Very worst response Hello,

I returned the product, but I still have not received any update from your side. I checked my account and no store credit has been added.

Since I paid online (not Cash on Delivery), I kindly request you to refund the amount back to my original payment method. Please update me on the refund status as soon as possible.

Thank you.

From ordering to receiving great communication an goods arrived in a timely manner.
