Quando si pianifica un viaggio in un Paese così complesso e affascinante come l’India, la scelta del tour operator è fondamentale. Durante le prime fasi della mia ricerca mi sono imbattuta in diverse compagnie “famose”, ma nessuna sembrava offrirmi ciò che cercavo: un viaggio autentico, alla scoperta della vera India.

Incredible Real India è stata una scoperta inaspettata nonché la scelta migliore che potessi fare.

Dalla prima email fino all’ultimo messaggio su WhatsApp - il principale mezzo utilizzato per tutte le comunicazioni e per l’organizzazione del viaggio - Mr. Raju e il suo team hanno saputo venire incontro a ogni nostra esigenza, dimostrando grande disponibilità e professionalità.

Il nostro tour ci ha portate alla scoperta di luoghi splendidi: Mandawa, dove abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di incontrare personalmente Mr. Raju, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Pushkar, Agra, Orchha, Khajuraho, Varanasi e Delhi. Considerando le grandi distanze da percorrere e il traffico “eclettico” delle città indiane, avere un buon driver può davvero fare la differenza.

Noi siamo state fortunate ad avere come driver Mr. Bhanwar Singh.

Non solo per il suo ottimo inglese e le sue eccellenti capacità di guida, ma soprattutto per la cura e l’attenzione che ci ha dedicato durante tutto il viaggio. Dall’accoglienza in aeroporto fino a quando ci ha accompagnate sul treno per Varanasi, ci ha dato preziosi suggerimenti su cosa visitare, accompagnandoci in tappe intermedie lungo i trasferimenti organizzando per noi le guide durante le visite ai principali monumenti.

Essendo tre donne che viaggiavano da sole, questo tipo di attenzione ci ha permesso di sentirci tranquille e sicure in ogni momento, senza mai rinunciare alla libertà di vivere il viaggio secondo i nostri ritmi.

Non posso quindi che consigliare Incredible Real India a chiunque si appresti a visitare l’India per la prima volta. E potete star certi che quando tornerò in questo immenso Paese mi affiderò nuovamente a loro!

My wife and I were about to travel to India through Incredible Real India Tours. We had everything organized and paid 50% of the tour upfront. Upon arriving at the Singapore Airlines counter in Singapore, they realized that the visa issued by India was missing one of my surnames, which prevented us from traveling. I immediately informed Incredible Real India Tours of this, and they kindly assisted me, indicating that they would refund the advance payment, which they did a few days later. I am incredibly grateful to Raju for his understanding and the help we received. We hope to return very soon.

I’ve used Incredible Real India several times now for both personal and family trips to India. On this occasion I opted for a trip to Nepal. Having experienced the highest level of service from Rajendra, I had no hesitation in approaching Incredible Real India once more to devise a route/itinerary for Katmandu and onwards. Via their network, as with past trips, we experience a most highly efficient and incredible trip. Local guides were always very welcoming, informative and reliable. Our trip took us from Katmandu to Pokhara where we spent four memorable days touring the lower Annapurna. Poon Hill was utterly incredible, and the sunset views of Dhaulagiri were beyond breathtaking. From here we headed down to Chitwan National Park, before turning back to Katmandu via Nagarkot and then home.
As highlighted the past, Incredible Real India is a real find and a company I’ll use time and again over years to come. I highly recommend anyone to reach out; you won’t forget it.

Acabo de regresar de un viaje fascinante por el centro de India que me ha llevado, a lo largo de 18 intensos días, desde Delhi a Gwalior, Lucknow, Varanasi y Khajuraho, atravesando Madhya Pradesh hasta llegar a Aurangabad y Mumbai.
Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable, no solo por los lugares visitados, sino por haber compartido la ruta con un compañero de viaje excepcional: nuestro amigo Bhanwar Singh. Él nos guió con cariño y profesionalidad a través de cada ciudad y pequeño pueblo, mostrándonos rincones únicos, acercándonos a la gastronomía local y abriéndonos las puertas de los templos más sagrados de Shiva, los Jyotirlingas, auténticos refugios de paz y espiritualidad.

Fue un recorrido duro y exigente, pero gracias a la compañía de Bhanwar todo resultó mucho más llevadero: siempre sonriente, con buen humor y dispuesto a hacernos sentir cómodos en todo momento. Los hoteles, muy correctos teniendo en cuenta lo pequeñas que eran muchas de las ciudades donde nos alojamos, nos permitieron descansar y disfrutar del día siguiente con energía renovada.

Esto es la India: mágica, sorprendente y vibrante, un país que se puede oler, saborear, tocar y sentir en cada paso.
Nos queda pendiente conocer el norte y Nepal, y no tengo duda de que lo haremos de nuevo con Increíble Real India. Cada viaje organizado con Rajú es una auténtica aventura, gracias a su paciencia y a su gran experiencia.

Mi más sincero agradecimiento a Bhanwar, con quien espero volver a coincidir, y a Rajú, por hacer posible otra vivencia que quedará grabada para siempre en nuestra memoria.

Pre-travel arrangements were dealt with superbly by Raju and everything was great from meeting our driver, Nepal Singh at Delhi Airport to being driven back to the airport at the end. In between was a real adventure going to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Ranthambhore National Park for tiger safaris. We felt very well looked after throughout and we could be flexible day-to-day in where we wanted to visit. Highly recommended and we will be going back to southern India with Incredible Real India soon.

Wonderful experience of India in a 10 days tour perfectly planned and managed from Dehli to Varanasi. Best driver and van for many miles across crazy roads, nice accomodations and top guides in every city.

My wife and I just finished a one month tour of Rajasthan, Agra, Varanasi, Delhi, with lots more in between, and can’t say enough about Incredible Real India and our driver Bhanwar…it couldn’t have been better, the adventure of a lifetime!!!
We’ve always preferred to travel independently, but knowing that India would be challenging and stressful to tackle on our own, we contacted Raju. And so thankful we did! He worked with us to come up with an itinerary and he and his staff took care of everything. Even our domestic flights and a couple of last minute changes to our route once we got here. The hotels he chose were wonderful, and all of his recommendations were spot on. He’s an incredibly kind person as well, who is very passionate about what he does. 
While Incredible Real India is an amazing company, our trip was made all the more special by Bhanwar. He wasn’t just our driver, but our tour guide, concierge, and traveling companion. He arrived every day with a smile and a joke. “Everything is possible” was always the answer to any request we had, and he looked after us like family. And after four weeks driving around India together he is now like an old friend who we will miss very much.

My wife and I planned a customized eleven night tour with Incredible Real India. We worked with Devender Yadav, who was a pleasure to work with: a good communicator and very responsive. Our stops were Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Nagaur, Jodphur and Udaipur. We had excellent hotels in each place. Our city guides were knowledgeable and good communicators. Our driver was outstanding. Our tour was reasonably priced for the level of personal service that we received.

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable en la india de 7 días por el rajastan. Agra, jaipur, Jodhpur, Mandawa y Delhi en 7 días. Un tour bien organizado y adaptado. El chofer Bhanwar Singh ha sido nuestro gran aliado, recomendándonos sitios, siendo servicial, conduciendo de forma excelente y siempre con una sonrisa. Así es como nos ha acompañado este gran profesional durante el tour.

Dopo aver visto le ottime recensioni ho deciso di scrivere un’e-mail e da quel momento il nostro viaggio era iniziato.
Abbiamo cominciato a scriverci con Raju (proprietario agenzia) e abbiamo organizzato il nostro tour a 4 mani, sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande, anche le più assurde! Dopo mesi di organizzazione finalmente era l’ora di partire, siamo arrivati a Delhi e abbiamo incontrato Modaram, il nostro driver, colui che per 15gg è stato il nostro punto di riferimento.
È stato un tour fantastico organizzato tutto alla perfezione. Una volta arrivati alla fine del viaggio è stato un peso salutare l’India e salutare Modaram. Di una cosa siamo sicuri torneremo in India e lo faremo sicuramente con Incredible Real India! Grazie!

Experiencing Holi Festival in India was high on my bucket list along with many other India locales. 58 year old female and I was traveling alone from the United States so I wanted to make sure I was in excellent hands. There are so many companies to choose from and you really don't know who is as reputable as they claim to be. My search began. I was extremely impressed with Incredible Real India from the first exchange. They were responsive, patient, communicative and very informative with information about what I was looking to experience and extremely pleasant. I did not experience this with any of the other companies I had reached out to. All of them had the same cookie cutter Tours available. After a month of exploration with multiple companies, it was crystal clear to me which company stood head and shoulders above all the others. Devender helped me put together an almost 3 week journey, touring 12 different cities, with an incredible list of experiences. They gave me options for the level of stay I was looking for in hotels and things to do in each location. There was a lot of back-and-forth to finalize my final itinerary. The pricing was extremely reasonable as well.
I could write a book about my three weeks in India, so I'll try and just sum it up. I visited Delhi, Mandawa, Bikener, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Agra, Orchha, Khajurhao, Varanasi & a night in the dessert. I had a knowledgeable guide in each city. The architexture was magnificent, the temples abundant, Forts, Castles, history & the food was delicious, and my experience was priceless. 11 of the 12 hotels were top notch and beautiful. Service was impressive. Incredible real India continued to surprise me with experiences to enhance my stay. From a sunrise boat ride on the Gangi river with two musicians on the boat. An Experience I will never forget. A camel ride in the desert to watch the sunset. While in Khajurhai I went on a few hour jeep safari and got to see a tigress. She was magnificent and we watched her for quite a while. Watching the sunrise of the Taj Mahal and Holi festival was incredible. everybody should experience that once in their life! I did holy festival in Mandawa and it was there that I was able to meet Raju, the owner of incredible real India and Devender, who took such good care of me putting the trip together. I was thrilled to meet them in person & get to spend part of my trip with them! Wonderful people. I had an incredible experience with them. Their company is aptly named. One of the highlights of the entire trip was my driver, Modaram. He was my driver for the entire trip. An incredibly pleasant man, knowledgeable, and always took care of me. I always felt safe and informed thanks to him. I think of him often now that I'm home. I think of India often and I'm so grateful to this wonderful company me for giving me such an amazing experience!

In a short review, it is very difficult to articulate what a truly special experience this trip was for our family. My family of four is just reaching the end of a 15 day journey in Rajasthan. Our trip with Incredible Real India has been a once in a lifetime experience. Our driver, Mr. Bhanwar Singh, is the consummate professional. His fearless navigation of the “functional anarchy” of Indian roadways still brings a smile when I think of it. Some tears will be shed when we depart, as we have become very fondly attached to Bhanwar. He went above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure our comfort. Perhaps our most meaningful experience was a home cooked meal by Bhanwar and his friends Anita and Arjun. At every point in our journey we were treated as honored guests. We were cared for in every possible way, and the Real India team worked tirelessly from pre-trip planning by Devender onward to curate a truly delightful and incredibly unique experience. Mr. Rajendra “Raju” Singh is founder of Incredible Real India, and is the man who makes all of this possible. He is loved by his employees, and is a man of profound integrity. It was a blessing to spend time with him in Mandawa at the beautiful Haveli and hotel called Mandawa Kothi.
