After spending 15K in one day at…

After spending 15K in one day at Clearwater mall Incredible connection, we were told that we should leave the store with our SIM unrica’ed and it wil be done in our absence which is not in line with the regulation of interception of communications and provision of communication related information act 70 of 2002.

Only for that not to happen, and after calling to check on progress we were told that the person that assisted us had knocked off. Requested to speak with the manager regarding the RICA and the lady put us on hold for more than an hour, we drove to the store which was more than 30min away and we got to the store while the phone was still on hold, the assistant Manager Lindiwe Zici was standing next to the phone with the subordinate who put the us on hold and both were unbothered that we were waiting to be assisted telephonically for more than an hour and half, the continued speaking about the “float” and not urgent in regards to our query even though we had stated our grievance.

Both did not touch a laptop to assist and called someone else to assist as it was clearly not urgent enough to them because the query or complaint was made by people of colour who are not a priority even though we spend money and not taking anything on credit.

I ask that the matter be treated with the urgency it deserves as this experience is totally unacceptable as my son missed his bus to a sports trip as he was waiting for his SIM that we bought along with the phone at Incredible Connection and as such has cost us money.

May we kindly receive an acknowledgment of the matter and way forward to address that another person regardless of colour may never experience this.

The experience was great from the…

The experience was great from the enquiry to the stage of purchasing. I was advised to open a credit account to enable us to make our installments which was a best option. The service of sourcing the phone from other stores since it was not readily available in this particular one was smooth. They managed to get it and it happend way too quick than we imagined. I'm satisfied with the assistance we received from Bonolo and Thatayaone, it was not a hustle getting my phone from incredible connection Mafikeng through the two of them.

Terrible After-Sales Service – Avoid Large Appliances Online

I am extremely disappointed with Incredible Connection’s customer service and after-sales support, particularly regarding large appliance purchases made through their online store. I would caution anyone against purchasing major household appliances from Incredible Connection online.

We purchased a Samsung washing machine through their online store. Since purchase, the machine consistently shrunk our clothes. This was not an isolated incident or user error, it happened repeatedly over several months, across different wash settings. To rule out external factors, we tested the same clothing items on other washing machines, where the issue did not occur. The problem is clearly linked to this specific machine.

Attempting to resolve this quickly has been extremely difficult and frustrating. Communication was slow and lacked urgency, despite the fact that this is a core household appliance and the issue directly affects clothing and household costs.

What is most unacceptable is that our support ticket was closed without the issue being resolved. This happened despite the fact that Incredible Connection had been given clear instructions on who to contact. Instead of communicating any difficulty in reaching the relevant person or asking for assistance, the team simply closed the ticket. This is not customer service — it is avoidance.

The lack of urgency, follow-through, and basic problem-solving has been shocking.

We are now at the point where we are seeking a **refund**, as the product has not functioned as expected and the support process has failed entirely. The time, energy, and stress involved in trying to resolve this has been completely disproportionate to what should be a straightforward consumer warranty issue.

Incredible Connection may be fine for small electronics or in-store purchases, but based on this experience, I would strongly advise against buying large appliances from their online store. If something goes wrong, the after-sales service is poor, slow, and dismissive.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. A company of this size should have far better systems, accountability, and customer care in place.

Very disappointing, and not recommended.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT

Do not buy anything from their on line portal. They do not respond to emails or WhatsApp’s and there is a general don’t care attitude and generic apologies responses on FB Messenger. I am still waiting for my delivery which should have taken place last week. Absolutely horrendously bad and incompetent service. When you request management to call you get no response. I Will never buy anything from this Incredible incompetent online or in store. Pathetic customer service!!!!!!

Incredible Connection delivery and support is a lie

Placed an order on the 16th of December 2025. According to Incredible Connection, the order was handed to their courier on the morning of 17 December. Since that date, the tracking status has shown no movement whatsoever, and I have not received the goods. Most recently (5 January 2026) the order status is "On Hold".

I have made repeated attempts through every official support channel available, without any meaningful response, explanation, or resolution. I kept getting told "We have escalated your query and are actively awaiting feedback". Then was told I will have a formal response in 24 working hours. Nothing ever happens.

I am not the only one. Just do a search for "Incredible Connection complaints" and see how many people have the same issue. Don't buy from them! Their online delivery is a lie.

Extremely Disappointing Collection Experience – Kolonnade Branch

I ordered an item online from Incredible Connection and selected Kolonnade as the collection branch. Initially, everything was fine. I received a call confirming that the order was ready for collection. During that call, I clearly explained that I was far away and that a friend would collect on my behalf. I was explicitly told that this was not a problem and that my friend would only need his ID/driver’s licence and the invoice.

On 21 December, my friend went to the Kolonnade branch with both his ID and the invoice, only to be told that he now also needed a copy of my ID, which was never mentioned before. I immediately sent a photo of my ID. They then complained that I had removed “irrelevant” information (such as licence number), even though my name and ID number were clearly visible.

Each time they asked for something additional, I sent it within a minute, yet they repeatedly forced my friend to leave the queue and go to the back, making him wait 10+ minutes each time, instead of allowing a moment to resolve it. This was unnecessary, inefficient, and extremely frustrating.

The attitude of the teller was very poor toward both my friend and myself. When I called the branch to understand the issue, I was put through to the same employee, who was short-tempered, dismissive, and spoke as if she did not want to be there. She simply said, “Send it or we won’t release it,” despite the fact that my friend had the invoice and his own valid ID.

After I ended the call, my friend confirmed that the employee continued speaking badly about me in front of him, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am extremely unhappy with:

Being given incorrect information about what was required for collection

The poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour of the staff member

Forcing my friend to repeatedly wait at the back of the queue instead of allowing a minute to resolve the issue

Speaking negatively about a customer after a call ends

Because of this experience, I will not order anything for collection from the Kolonnade branch again. This level of service is unacceptable for a company of Incredible Connection’s size.

Don't bother ordering online!!!

Whatever you do, don't buy online! The 2-5 day delivery promise is a scam: no communication, impossible to track your order (no updates). The customer service is appalling; I even wonder if they were trained for this job. They'll waste your time, your airtime, and your money.

I’ll never order online again

I’m used to getting really good service at Incredible stores.
This review is regarding an online order/delivery.
They seem to be struggling to perform well with online orders as there are too many delivery problems. In my case they used Aramex which seems to be a delivery service not doing deliveries.
But no one at Incredible seems to notice or take any responsibility

great service from Jacob

I've bought from Incredible Connection both online and offline, and I've never had issues with them or the items bought there. Recently visited the sandton store looking for an A9+ wifi tablet as a christmas present for my daughter, I called before going in as I was coming from far. Jacob assisted me and even reserved the item for me before I got there. He was very helpful, helped me register for more+ which came with a great discount. I appreciate his help so much.
