I placed a laptop order with Incredible connection on the 21/01/25. I paid first instalment using Payflex, the payment went through on my bank account. Immediately after placing an order and paying my order was cancelled. I called them trying to find out why was the order cancelled, a consultant told it was cancelled due to no payment, when I told them I paid and the payment went through they told me to take the matter with payflex. I contacted Payflex and Payflex asked me to wait for few days for Incredible connection to update their system- and claimed that on their side the payment and order was successful . After 6 days still there’s no order found for me in Incredible Connection . I then contacted Payflex again and they confirmed that they have paid them and provided evidence.

Not giving me my online order refund
I placed an online order with incredible connection and I have not been helped at all. I made a purchase 10 days ago which I was told could not be fulfilled due to lack of stock... Which was a lie as I went to the store myself and they had stock, which I had to pay AGAIN to purchase as it was a store order and the previous one was an online order. So now I have spent R8,000 in total on two of same item. My online refund I have been fighting for 10 days to get a refund and despite providing multiple bank account details no money has been received and no POP sent. I'm furious now and will be taking further action against this company for withholding my money.

I am not impressed in the manner in which the Branch Manager addressed me at Incredible Rosebank yesterday afternoon (15/01/25). It was a really pathetic service he offered me when I wanted purchase the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra that Jabu had resevered for me. I initially called in to reserve that watch so that I could make time to purchase it during my lunch hour.
He went on to say that the Edgars card (NEW Card) I was using does not have an RCS logo on the front and I did mention to him that those are the new Edgars cards that have the RCS logo at the back. He went on to say theres nothing he could do and that I should contact RCS MYSELF to solve the matter, and at that point I was wondering how I would solve such a matter with them.
I had to use my own airtime to call RCS and the lady I spoke to after a long hold confirmed my details were okay and she even went on to ask if the guys at least tried to swipe My Edgars card, at which they didn't even bother trying it. They did speak to the RCS Lady but were still in denial until my phone ran out of airtime, by that time I had even run over my lunch hour.
Anyway to cut the chase I just realised that they do not do their homework at all, I just went on to try and purchase the same Item online from Incredible Website and when you select RCS option as payment the exact same NEW Edgars Card is displayed and there is no RCS logo in the front as he suggested, there are so many card options under RCS.
My HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT is that I now had to apply for another RCS Credit Card outside of my Edgars Account and it was approved immediatetly, I had to top up my mobile with more than R60 airtime to stay on with these calls. Now I have an additional credit card that I don't need which is simply a duplicate of my Edgars account.
I have now rather decided to purchase the Watch via HiFi Corp, the same payment gateway is displayed and I have successfully purchased the Galaxy watch. I just hope thats not the way they treat other customers who use the same card to do purchases at INCREDIBLE ROSEBANK. It was just pathetic, they must not think that everyone is a Fraudster after all they did speak to RCS using my personal phone and airtime, please change that attitude and do your due diligence properly.
The Jabulani mall is not professional
The Jabulani mall is not professional, I went there to open a contract phone. I had all my documents however had forgotten my ID, I was told that they would check if I qualified and they would call so that I can come back with my ID, it's been 2 days and still nothing. When I call for feedback, the person on the line was not helpful at all instead he said there's a crisis and said he would call. Till today nothing. The service was poor, and they don't even provide proper feedback nor do they follow-up with clients
Dishonest Service and Refund delays
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Incredible Connection was disappointing, to say the least. I returned a faulty phone after three months, only to be lied to repeatedly. First, Jason told me that the phone had been sent to Samsung and that Samsung had found no issues. I knew this was a lie, so I contacted Samsung myself — surprise, surprise, they never received the phone. When I confronted IC with this information, they started stuttering cos' they were caught off guard, and in their lie.
After that, they finally did send the phone to Samsung, and guess what? Samsung confirmed the phone had an issue. So much for their earlier claim.
The refund process was an even bigger nightmare. They fed me every excuse in the book: "Head office is handling it," "Your bank is holding the funds." None of it seemed true. I called my bank, and they confirmed there was no pending refund. Shea said she'd phone me after speaking to the head office...
It took over two months of waiting and chasing before I finally got my money back.
This company has no respect for its customers—they lie, stall, and refuse to take accountability. If you value your time, money, and sanity, take it all elsewhere. Absolutely disgraceful service. Do better. The only person who took the time to help was Ukyo. Thank you.

1 month later and I still don't have the order I paid for in November. Not only don't I have it, but no one can tell me where it is or tell me anything. They are the most pathetic bunch of people that work for this place.

Incredible Corruption
To call the service we received from Incredible Connections "appalling" is far too kind — it is a masterclass in incompetence and disregard for customers.
My husband placed an order with Incredible Connections, and we diligently tracked it online, only to be informed it had supposedly been handed to the courier. Five days later — nothing. We contacted customer service, only to discover the order was still rotting in the distribution center, with no assigned delivery date. When I inquired why there was no delivery date, I received the shockingly unhelpful response: “I don’t know.”
Seeking clarity, I asked when we could expect delivery and was again told, “I don’t know, we’ll get back to you in 3 business days.” Seriously? Three business days just to provide a date? Desperate for a solution, I offered to pick it up in-store instead — apparently, that too was impossible because “You selected delivery.”
Frustrated, I then asked to cancel the order and buy the product elsewhere. The only solution offered? “Sure, but you’ll get your refund in 14 business days.” This isn't just inefficient — it's insulting.
To add insult to injury, I tried to escalate by speaking to a manager. After five calls and multiple brush-offs, I was left wondering if a manager even exists. Each excuse was another slap in the face of basic customer service standards.
If we hadn't followed up, we would still be under the illusion that our order was in the hands of the courier. No one at Incredible Connections can explain what went wrong, why the delivery was delayed, or when it will be delivered. The sheer indifference from the staff is mind-boggling.
How can this level of dysfunction and apathy be acceptable? Does anyone at this company care about their customers or their reputation? It’s beyond infuriating.

I was helped by a lady named Hanee. She gave me good advice and assisted me to the best of her ability. She helped me with the warranty and she further helped me to get my voucher of R1000 which was not mailed to me. She took all of the correspondence upon herself and helped me In every possible way. For this I am truly grateful

-You sign a 3page document being a layby agreement(an agreement in which I give a deposit, that says within such a period I will pay it off and receive my goods.)
- I go within the 6months given to me as signed in the agreement between me and the shop to get my coffee maker, only to be told they have a policy that says they don't keep stock even if you have a layby agreement.
-Essentially what they did is make me give them an interest free loan for almost 6months. Now if 1000customers give them 300pula in deposits, we have given them P300,000 interest free!
-As soon as we sign the agreement, you are not allowed to sell my product, it only becomes yours if I default on our agreement.
-Its also possible they are fraudulently letting us layby when they know the product isn't in stock, read the above the interest free loan.

Bought something from Incredible connection online on October 29,2014 but unfortunately until now my stuff hasn't been delivered yet and its now November 7 after receiving an email stating that my parcel delivery not later than November 5 to which they said its still on the "promised timeframe". I tracked it on November 6 and it says out for delivery and that didn't arrived. I phone the courier company that day as i have to be in the house to receive it but nobody arrived, what a waste of time. I phone Aramex that also didn't helped much. I asked them to locate it and the agent told me to follow up on JD Group, Now why me as the customer must do that? I asked her for their contact number and she said they cant give it to me? so How can i follow up? I have been a frequent online shopper never had i experienced such horrible service both from the Online company ( Incredible connection specifically) and the courier service. Maybe Incredible connection should use another courier service. All i asked is where and when is my parcel be delivered? Their is a tracking number but what is the point of that if they don't adhere to the schedule? They cant even call ,email or call you why they can deliver that day? Some people have something and somewhere to be at. NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM THEM
