Excellent customer service, not massively convinced about the product though, when you add everything on it’s not far off the same price as a DualSense edge controller.

Amazing team. Super friendly at the product is unreal. Feels just as high quality as other leading brands and super easy to program to how you like. There’s no reason not to go for this controller!

Ordered the normal pro controller but added extras to take it up to £199. Controller feels fantastic and really responsive. Got a personal email thanking me for my custom which I thought was a great touch. I was constantly kept up to date with how long my controller would take and how long delivery would be. You receive a card that shows when the controller was tested and by whom, and also a small packet of haribo as well. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish and can’t recommend them highly enough

I’ve received my second controller , first was the Xbox the second the PS5 and both are superb if I have any issue I’d say it’s the lack of instructions for the Xbox series x controller, to map the paddles isn’t on the website there’s only the ps5 so maybe add this to the site would make sense or at least send out a card with it on

Well I originally had major problems with the controller I’ve bought. Came faulty. But I have raised a question and asked what are they going to do. They have responded quickly, refunded me money and will be sending me another controller. So what was originally a negative review has turned positive because of how well they handled the situation.

I bought two pro PS5 controllers for my young gaming fanatic boys - they absolutely love them!!!
No gaming rage allowed though playing with these bad lad controllers or the PS5’s get confiscated!!

My order took longer than usual because of shipping difficulties etc and the company gave me free anti stick drift sticks because of that!! Overall my order took a month because of the difficulties, but I could message the company 24/7 and they would almost immediately answer my messages! I love the controller so much!

Is it a lot of money for a PS5 controller well yes. But the customer service is fantastic and they answered all my questions before purchase. I’ve owned a lot of high end controllers over the years and this by far the best. (I did have the Hall effect joysticks) the build quality is second to none. I would use again in a heartbeat. The last big manufacturer controller I bought last time isn’t a patch on this one. Signed a very happy customer.

Really good feeling to the controller and comfortable to hold especially the paddles. These controllers have a really nice premium feel to them and sound like it.

Received my new controller today just in time for the new Black ops 😉. I got back paddles and hall effect joysticks, used the controller for a few hours and the feel and quality of this is unmatched. Back paddles feel very sturdy and easy to use. couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Great controller, both look and feel. Interchangeable thunmbsticks are a neat feature and the mouse click triggers are a must for any gamer. Overall very impressed with both service and product.

I have had Scuf and Battle Beaver they all broke within a Month so I turned to InCntrl and I can tell you the quality of these Controllers are insane.

The paddles are in such a Comfortable place it feels effortless playing and the quality of the paddles are insane also very clicky.

The Hall Effect Sticks are a Game changers I have bought so many Controllers that had stick drift but with the hall effect I have not had any movement even on the lowest deadzone which is crazy.

The delivery was also so quick

Overall this controller is a 10/10 and definitely be looking to get another one in the future
