2 years ago when buying a new build Michelle was recommended to me! I have never looked back! Michelle made the process of finding a mortgage easy. Everything was explained and simple to understand. Mortgages - simplified….
5 years ago we sold our house through IMS and found a mortgage to enable our next move. All in the midst of COVID. As our fixed rate came to an end Michelle was in touch to reassure us on the process, align a call with the optimum time to review the options, 20 mins chat later the application is in, 5 hours later the offer was in our in box. Michelle and IMS take the stress out of the mortgage process whether you are you are a first time buyer or renewing. Despite being 400 miles away from IMS now we wouldn’t turn to anyone else! Great to see them going from success to success - and with service like this you can see why!
