On checkout I was asked how I heard about your company, it did not give me the option to select "existing customer" or "from co-worker"--both of which are reasonable options for how I learned about you.

Sales and support team are easy to talk with and address the issue or concern on time and accordingly. Delivery of the items is on time, given that its from Canada going to Philippines. Ordered items are complete and in good condition.

The USS Midway Museum
The USS Midway Museum has been using Imprint Plus name tags for our Docents and other volunteers for several years. There products are excellent and tech support is knowledgeable and responsive when an issue occurs.

Great Customer Service
We ordered name tags that did not react with Gravoxide, and Imprint Plus responded right away and helped send a replacement of the correct tags that we were looking for. I am so appreciative and we will be recommending Imprint Plus and ordering from them again in the future!

No confirmation email
I made an order but there was no order confirmation email. I couldn't adjust the quantity when designing the badge and so I went back to change the quantity. the page that showed my order looks like my design wasn't on it. I'm trying to confirm my order by chat but nobody is responding.

Design process was difficult
Design process was difficult. Letters kept changing places on name tag, then the version shown at checkout was spaced differently than the 'approved' version a screen earlier
