I have ordered curtins and they have come all messed up . I have phoned them and they not even bothered to contact me. Terrible service. I only do online shopping during to myself having terminal cancer and you would rhink online shopping would be the same and trusted .

Had a kitchen rug delivered and it is just too large, they want over £6 to return is this normal.

I wouldn't you take peoples money and dont deliver and chat lies on lies while robbing everyday and disabled people

WE ORDERED 3 RUGS OBLY 2 GOT DELIVERED AS WE SENT THEM PHOTOS OF THE COURIER ONLY DELIVERING 2 RUGS, THEY INSISTED THAT ALL 3 GOT DELIVERED, THE MESSAGES WERE SO UNPROFEESIONAL & NOT HELPFULL AT ALL, THEY CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS LYERS, NEVER EVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered a pair of curtains from Imperial Rooms through On Buy online and didn't receive them, got in contact with them through email to be told the courier had delivered them with no photo, so again I emailed them and said I never told lies, that I never received them to then getting a picture of the wrong address outside behind a plant pot, I then again emailed them again to them replying the courier delivered them to right address, not an apology, I wast treated very poorly and they did not take responsibility, if it hadn't been for the on buy company selling their product I wouldn't have got my refund,

Absolutely appalled at not only the quality but the customer service that followed.
Ordered beige curtains that arrived with stains. One yellow stain at the bottom and a dark faded stain towards the middle. I emailed customer service with the pictures and asked for a returns label and packaging (or asked if I can just put it in a normal wrapped to send back) the reply was SHOCKING. Apparently dirty curtains are not eligible for return as not considered a fault!!! They told me to WASH the curtains. The sheer audacity of this.. sending me a dirty item, and then telling me I can’t return it as it’s not faulty and telling me to wash it!!!!!! Disgusting. I will be raising this as fraud through my bank. Will be posting the pictures and the reply on social media so others are aware

I ordered 2 sets of complete single bedding it was of very good quality and felt really soft. I also ordered an extra deep dark grey kingsize fitted sheet again it is good quality and fits excellently. I ordered a pair of ring top curtains and unfortunately they sent a set of pencil pleat. I emailed the company and it was sorted out with a refund and they told me to keep the curtains.

Poor quality products, I bought a king-size duvet and hotel quality pillows. Duvet filling has come apart and the pillow depth is half the size.

Absolutely shocking. Bought cushions and cushion covers. The colour of the covers were not even similar to the advertised photo. Wanted me to pay to send everything back or accept a £10 refund. Over £20 out of pocket! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR BE PREPARED TO BE OUT OF POCKET!

Brought a duvet and sheet through OnBuy.I paid for the goods but did not get them.Very unhelpful when asked where my stuff was they just told me to take it up with OnBuy.Reading other reviews,I’m not the first person they have done this too.Dont purchase anything from these people unless you want to throw your money away

Do not order from this scam company. Emailed them 3 times for an exchange. No response.

Appalling company - I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering from them. Two sofa covers ordered. What turned up was far too small and made in fabric so thin and cheap that they’re not fit for purpose. Have emailed several times to arrange to return them but they are very experienced at ignoring emails and failing to reply. Don’t order anything from them - they are not far from being a complete con.

I've been told I'll be able to do return. Later I was ignored.

They had a blanket advertised as a king size duvet. when I recived it it was a single got in touch they say the name of the duvet is king size not the size. if that is not false advertisement I don't know what is don't buy from this company

Ordered the sofa covers for 1 two seater and 2 lots of single chair ones.

They sent me a three seater and a two seater.

Email offer a discount for keeping them, I said I’m not keeping something that’s pointless me having lol

So warehouse is up the road I can drop it off.

I opened the two seater and tried it on. Crap didn’t fit right kept sliding off, the elastic to hold it in place was to small for a two seater.

So I phoned the company explaining what’s happening and was told to drop both off for a full refund.

Dropped off took photos like that asked.

Refund half the order, haven’t received other one, emailed photos as proof both dropped off.

Week later still waiting.

The material was thin and cheap wouldn’t recommend.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering the 15 tog duvet. Absolute rubbish, feels like that cheap paper tissue. Waste of £14

Received a quilt which was damaged. I have been in communication with this company and tried to get replacement. They are putting everything in the way to try and get me to accept a discount for a quilt where the stuffing is coming out. As I want a perfect quilt which is fit for purpose' I have had to send many r-mails rejecting discount as issue will,more than likely, worsen. I am disabled so this is a real hassle.

Great product at a good price, wash like new every time, fast delivery, packing could be better

Ordered sofa cover, it arrived very quickly and is a great product. I have today order more for another sofa. I ordered just one due to some poor reviews on here but I am happy to order again and I had really good service
