Got the call today. My entire 8k+ credit card bill has been written off and I've also been given a payout. The guys have done amazing work.
Not been as successful on other loans but that's not their fault, it is what it is. And I'll need to keep pushing on with some other loans I have that they are investigating.

Impakt Claims have guided me through the process of claiming back interest etc, and as of today I have agreed a substantial pay back from my lender and the remaining balance is cleared.
Jenny from Impakt claims was excellent throughout the whole process, even when I was ready to give up, Jenny explained the next step and that she would be the one doing the leg work.
The refund is life changing and the not having to pay anymore is substantial monthly and will make a huge change to me.

Amazing company they get on with the claim once you have submitted the details and contact you once they have a result. Two claims have been processed by them and I have received over £5000 back from the loan/credit companies.

They successfully Dealt with an Amigo loan claim on my behalf, the claim was transferred to my account minus the fees for impact dealing with it. Since the amount was transferred to my account they have been harassing me for unpaid fees and demanding I pay again for fees that have already been deducted. Causing me undue stress with emails and messages every day.

I found the company online and decided to take the plunge. They worked though every card & Loans I have taken out and did the investing before I received my payment. Worth a shot, it no win no fee.

Been with this company a while trying to claim money back from everyday loans , these are a good company how ever I will say any phone call chasing anything up has been done by myself , the charges they take is stated in the beginning so you will always know what they are charging
