Imoo z1 watch is a great watch. My 9 year old daughter loves it. Great for contacting her safely and tracking her also. Great features.

Unfortunately watches didn't work out for us, after a lot of troubleshooting with Imoo customer service ( which was very good ) ended up gratefully offering a good will gesture as way of an apology, which we accepted.

The watches are a great concept and if they had of worked correctly where we live we'd still be using them. But due to bad signal strength and the Sims not being detected we will have to go another route.

Again customer service was great and I can't fault it.....a shame these watches didn't work out for us 😞

Purchased a Z7 for my son and it’s been the perfect middle ground between no device and a smartphone. The GPS is reliable. It’s user-friendly and dependable. Would recommend it.

I purchased a Z1 model watch few weeks ago as birthday present for our 10 yrs old daughter. We were looking for a device for communications purposes but not a mobile phone with all distraction like YT, apps and so on. The Imoo watch really ticked all our boxes.
The design is quite fresh and young. Setup was easy enough and she enjoyed the easynedd to make calls, video calls and voice message.
The App is amazing. As parent you can have full control on security, approve phone numbers our daughter is adding on and protect from any unwanted calls.
Location is not working perfectly for us yet but this is more linked to the network coverage in our area.
The only area of improvement I would say is delivery. Timing were quite long because the watch is shipped directly from China. So, if you are planning a present you need to take into account a minimum of 10/ 13 days.
Other than that, I really recommend Imoo watch.

I bought this Imoo watch for my 9-year-old, and it has exceeded all expectations! The setup was quick and easy, and the interface is very kid-friendly. My child loves the camera feature, and the step tracker—it keeps them entertained and active at the same time. The location tracker is great and in our eyes a must for any child.

Bought this watch as wanted to be able to track and contact my child but didn’t want to get her a phone as I think she is far too young. The watch is brilliant and the security it offers is fantastic. It’s a great piece of kit. Well recommend.

I'm really impressed with the Imoo Z1 smartwatch! It's perfect for children as the controls are child-friendly - my son, who is only 6 years old, gets on really well with it. I'm particularly impressed with the long battery life, so we don't have to worry about constantly recharging it. The video calling works flawlessly and the transmission is very clear, which makes it great fun for my son to talk to friends and family. The GPS tracking is extremely accurate, which gives us a good feeling when he's out and about. Overall, my son is thrilled with his new smartwatch and I highly recommend it!

I purchased a Z1 for my 6 year old son.
He absolutely loves the watch.
Very easy to set up and secure.
We add and manage his contacts.
Battery life great. I would say needs a charge after full weekend use. Charge is extremely fast.
Watch is robus.
Seller has excellent communication, quick to respond on any query I has pre and post purchasing.

I bought the Z1 phone for my daughter for Christmas, so 5 months ago - and I still can't get it working properly despite over 12 helpful emails from the Imoo helpdesk nothing seems to be working. She can sometimes call and receive calls if I turn off the parent approved numbers. It has never said it is successfully set (as shown in the set up manual) and always says no network coverage despite there being 3 bars on the signal icon, when I try and use the location tracker. If anyone else has experienced similar problems or knows how to fix this it would be extremely helpful to be pointed to a step by step problem resolution on you tube or be pointed in the direction of a company or someone who could help in person. Despite Imoo always responding and asking me to try various things some of the emails are translated badly and it'd not clear what they want me to do. For example when I asked what a message received which appeared to be in German was about they replied "Dear user,

Great watch with GPS connectivity with Sim. Works with lyca sim in Ireland. Calls are clear and also can track the location the child. Batter last a bit more than a day. Highly recommend
