We came to a situation where we almost give up, I’m living with my partner (NZ citizen) in relationship more than 5 years and we have a son together but because of character waiver problem my visa gets declined, and we don’t really trust immigration advisors anymore because we had bad experience with last few advisors which lead our case to very difficult situation
But with the help of god I just randomly check immigration trust website and I was impressed with the reviews especially with partnership visas and s61 and also minister intervention successful cases, so I decided to contact with Simon.
Simon is very professional, he understand my case & decided to engaged with us and immediately request all my files from INZ to go to the bottom of my case which was very impressive. We have never met Simon in face everything happened through phone call & online portal which is very easy and time saving. We uploaded all the requested documents and followed Simon guidelines.
We lodged our ministerial intervention case with the help of Simon and his team in Oct last year and today I received call from Simon that we have received successful outcome and I have got 6 month work visa and most importantly my character waiver is permanently waived. In the middle of pandemic, we were too anxious not only for our health but for our future here in NZ. My partner (now-husband) and I decided to finally seek professional help for our visas as we were running out of options.

The best decision I made to get permanent residency in New Zealand was choosing Immigration Trust.
We had had no idea what to start but after we had first consultation with Simon, the process we have to get through became clear.

I have been in NZ for 12 years but became illegal and was told by Immigration to submit a section 61 application or I would be deported.
