Bought what I thought was a pack of 200 pics to download into their Ai pic enhancer. After 83 downloads it said that I was out of credits. When I complained, they said that it was not for 200 pic downloads but 200 uses of special features. They don't say this anywhere leading up to the purchase page. They don't explain anywhere what these feature are or how much each one cost. I was using old photo restore with colorizing feature. They claim that their AI does not change facial features at all. The pics look good but with 2 major problems. First, the colors are totally wrong on 50% of the pictures. Second, the faces are changed on almost every pic. On 90% of the pics of my dad, it looks like a totally different person. Like an actor was used to replace my dad. I will have to delete at least 1/3 of my pics. Fortunately I only spent $3.99 but I wasted alot of my time on the program.

I wanted a video upscaled the video renders to 95% and doesnt complete after i paid ? the free 5 sec version upscaled but you cant upscale me my video after I pay. What is going on?

I find Img Upscaler ad " FREE AI PFOTO ENHANCER"
Than opening the page....it was just 3 images free?
Then when I try use it, it let me do just one image.
Is this dishonest ?

Doesnt actually upscale most of the time. Only 3x your image filesize and makes it 10% larger pixel wise

200% and 400% are lies, only the 400% works and its not 400%, it kind of works but it also probably injects a ton of not needed or malicious stuff

Ebbene, Confrontata con l'originale la foto che è venuta fuori è assolutamente di qualità più bassa. L'originale era di 5,22 MB e con risoluzione 4016x3024, mentre quella realizzata da questo sito era di soli 768 KB e con risoluzione 2048x1542. Nell'immagine era particolarmente scadente la qualità dei denti - che sembravano pure sporchi - e degli occhi, che sembravano quasi quelli di una bambola. Quindi in fin dei conti non ha senso utilizzare questo sito

I have use imgupscaler for a coloring book and I used the free version. It took me a bit but the website worked perfect. The detail of 400% upscale is great!

I emailed support immediately, the night that I signed up for the subscription after I realized that you don't get unlimited image upscales with a paid subscription, AND your credits can be wasted if you accidentally end the job.

I regret ever stumbling upon imgupscaler.com - they're frauds who say they'll refund you within the first 7 days for whatever reason but that's a lie!! You can try, but they wont reply.

Beware, it's a fake, it will upscale one or two jpegs using another sites AI upscaler, then it's just malware.

instead of downloading an image it downloaded a bunch of encrypted code.

I used it as a headshot touch up. It made my lips and nose smaller, slanted eyes, and straightened my hair lmaoo. This website is clearly not for people of color. It's geared toward Europeans, very disappointing.

I pay for a subscription, and for months everything has been slow. Sometimes impossible to use it!
I don't recommend.

So... I first bought 20 credits which amounted to 20 image transformations that I was very happy about.

About a week later, I bought another 100 credits at $50, and only used 9 at that time. Coming back to the site a few weeks later, I found that they had switched business model from 'credits' to a subscription model.

In that process my credits had "expired". I still only had processed 9 images, but was not allowed to process any more without paying again.

At more than $5 per image handled, I'm not impressed with their business model (at least from the customer perspective).

The tools themselves were ok, but I'll have to go elsewhere to find someone with a more customer-friendly approach. At least one where you don't feel taken for a ride.
