Le 30 mai 2025, j’ai commandé un vélo sur ce site pour un montant de 1 504,90 €.

Le paiement a bien été encaissé, mais le vélo n’a jamais été livré.

Malgré de nombreuses relances auprès du vendeur, aucun remboursement ne m’a été accordé à ce jour.

J’ai entrepris toutes les démarches possibles : contact du vendeur, saisine de Stripe, demande auprès de ma banque, médiation bancaire, puis procédure judiciaire.

À ce jour, je suis toujours sans produit et sans remboursement.

Je partage ici mon expérience de manière strictement factuelle afin d’informer d’autres consommateurs.

Mieserabel, keinerlei Kommunikation, Email wird nicht beantwortet, WhatsApp wird nicht gelesen, InShop-Nachrichten werden nicht gelesen. Wird von mehreren Seiten (z.B. watchlist-internet.at) als Fakeshop eingestuft. Habe meine Bestellung storniert, hoffe sehr, dass ich mein Geld wiederbekomme.

Muy mala experiencia con imbike.com.
El 17 de septiembre de 2025 hice un pedido a través de su página web (referencia QOFYIRSGK, factura FA001282) para una bicicleta eléctrica Evercross EK30 nueva, con la promesa de entrega en 24/48 horas según se anuncia en su sitio web.

Sin embargo, el paquete llegó casi un mes después, el 17 de octubre, en una caja dañada y no original (de otro modelo, Hitway BK11), y la bicicleta claramente no era nueva: presentaba signos de uso y no venía en su embalaje original.

A pesar de haber enviado varios correos electrónicos y mensajes por WhatsApp, no recibí ninguna respuesta dentro de los 7 días indicados por su servicio de atención al cliente. He solicitado la devolución del producto y el reembolso en mi tarjeta de crédito, pero hasta la fecha no he recibido ninguna respuesta ni solución.

Dada la situación, incluso dudo de la legitimidad del origen del producto recibido.
No recomiendo comprar en imbike.com. El servicio postventa es inexistente, la comunicación es muy deficiente y la publicidad de entrega rápida y producto nuevo no corresponde con la realidad.

I did not check the review before purchasing a Surly Ogre (supposed to be in stock but in reality not), price was the unique reason to buy there. Unfortunately, i went through the exact scam than the others customers. Once the payment made Sergio desapear ignoring my emails, calls. Luckily someone i know visited him at his Barcelona "store" (dirty place with very few bikes, nothing in stock). Sergio was surprised and said that the money was blocked by the payment plateform (he used Paypal but Paypal no longer work with hil due to fraud) - similar to all other cases... I had my money back after raising a case with my bank 6 months after my purchase So to sum-up a fake website with fake positive review run by a scamer.

Ich habe mir ein Surly Preamble bestellt und das Kettenblatt wurde beim Versand beschädigt. Per WhatsApp konnte ich problemlos eine Lösung finden und ein neues Kettenblatt hat seinen Weg zu mir gefunden.
Kein Fakeshop! aber der Versand hat lange gedauert, Grund dafür wird die lange Reise von Spanien nach Deutschland sein.

Don't trust Imfixies and Imbikes!

After ordering an All-City Gorilla Monsoon frame that turned out to be out of stock, I indicated that I wanted to cancel my order. When Sergio finally agreed to this, he said he would transfer the refund right away. It is now a month later and I still haven't received my money. He is also no longer responding to emails and whatsapp messages and has even blocked me on whatsapp.

I am completely done with this situation and am going to take legal action to get my 1100 euros back.

Ordered a bike, was "out of stock" now they accepted my paypal refund claim and then cancelled it. Stay away...

I ordered a bike on April 13th, received it on JULY 10th. The seller constantly ignored my messages or called new shipping dates every week. The bike came damaged, a crack on the carbon fork is very sad. the seller ignored my reports of damage. A terrible experience, I do not recommend this store.

If you want to feel like you're getting SCAMMED, go ahead and order at this shop. It you want any amount of reasonable service go literally anywhere else. After long time and basically no communication bike arrived. Damaged of course. Now shop offers me a partial refund for when I send it back at my own expense. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a Cinelli Vigorelli Bike and I receive it very fast. I recommend 100%

Ordered a bike and tried to cancel. They told me it would not be possible to cancel. One month later they updated the status to in delivery. I never received anything. Further messages from me were not answered. After opening a PayPal claim I got my money back and they said the bike was not available in my size. Seems either fraudulent or completely unorganized. Either way would not recommend to order there.
