Never ever join this organization. A big no from my experience. The management is extremely unprofessional, especially the HR department.

From the very first day, instead of proper onboarding, induction, paperwork formalities, or even providing an appointment letter, employees are immediately pressured to start working. Within the first hour of joining, the expectation is to begin work without any clarity on documentation or even salary breakdown. According to HR, the salary breakdown is not shared in the offer and will only be provided in the appointment letter — which itself is delayed.

Another shocking part is the level of micromanagement. Even if you take a lunch break and clearly update your status on Microsoft Teams, HR may still call you questioning why your status shows “away.” Being even 5 minutes late can trigger messages from HR asking for explanations. This happened from the very first day.

When I followed up multiple times after several days asking about the appointment letter, instead of providing clarity, the response from HR was defensive and implied that asking for basic documentation meant I had doubts about the company.

Overall, the environment felt very controlling and stressful rather than professional. Transparency, proper onboarding, and respectful communication are seriously lacking here.

I would strongly advise candidates to think carefully before joining. I took stand for myself and left the organisation within 4 days, can't handle this torture.
