The "free" Imagify with a Plus license barely does anything
I bought WP Rocket Plus for three sites, partly because the way Imagify is bundled made it sound like image optimization came with it. It doesn't, really.
What you actually get is the same free Imagify plan anyone can sign up for without paying WP Rocket a cent. I got through about 2% of my media library before it stopped and asked me to upgrade.
I don't mind Imagify being a separate product. What bugs me is seeing it listed like a benefit of the license I already paid for. Either give paying customers enough quota to actually be useful, or just say on the pricing page that images are extra.

TWO YEARS fine and then wake up one day and ALL OF YOUR website images are BLURRY and destroyed and EVEN IF YOU un-optimize the images - YOU CANNOT seem to get them to correct! It is like they ruin your original images and LIE and then tell you to UPGRADE! 2-3 YEARS OF THE site being perfect and NOW A NIGHTMARE since we have so many images!! I HATE THIS SOFTWARE! DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE!

We’re sorry to hear that you had this experience.
After receiving your support request, we investigated the issue and found that the blurry images were not being caused by Imagify optimization. The original images were still present on the server, and the issue was related to your theme serving very small adaptive image variants on the frontend.
We provided specific examples from your website showing that image URLs generated by the theme’s adaptive image feature were being loaded instead of the original images. We also shared documentation from the theme developer explaining this behavior.
Based on our findings:
* The original images were not destroyed or removed by Imagify.
* Restoring images in Imagify did not change the behavior because the issue was occurring during frontend image delivery.
* The blurry images were caused by reduced-size adaptive image variants being served by the theme.
We’d still be happy to continue helping if you’d like to revisit the issue. Our goal is always to identify the actual cause and provide a solution, even when the source of the problem turns out to be outside of Imagify itself.

They've removed the cancel subscription button, very dishonest and unethical. Do not recommend at all.

So far great experience. Highly recommended tools for image optimization in WordPress. I have tried Smush Pro but this Imagify is much better than Smush Pro.
Hope they will bring more features in it. Lets also hope this continues to work great for a long time.
