Paid and ordered 4 lamps on November with shipping within 2 weeks. I have been informed a day after that it won't be dispatched until 12/12, then informed on 10/12 it won't be dispatched until 21/12. Goods haven’t delivered and no response at all. To avoid!

Terrible... Paid and ordered floor lamp 7/11/2020 to be informed a week later that it won't be dispatched until 27/11, then informed on 29/11 it won't be dispatched until 21/12. Rang 3 times no reply then found out you deal with a company in Germany not UK.Great looking items but appalling service, mailed them and did get refund within 24 hours but wanted light not refund that's what I paid for. Zero stars if possible but 1 star is for refund!!!

Shocking - avoid at all costs!!!
Poor quality item, arrived late and damaged and now they won’t let me return. Awful customer service, I feel totally stressed out and frustrated over this experience.
If they had let me return the item amicably I wouldn’t have bothered with a review but now I’m having to raise as a dispute with PayPal! Waste of my time

quality or lighting is horrendous, communication is appalling uoiarw constantly chasing them all the time, the lights were damaged and replacement lights were also damaged. Takes forever for a response. Dont waste your time or money they should shut down. And the telephone number on the website doesn't even answer

A long saga! (Updated)(Illumination.co.uk) Ordered an LED light fitment with a mirror glass surround. Waiting for fourth replacement mirror surround to light and they either arrive damaged, or are already chipped before sending them.
They won't answer the phone now. Thank goodness I didn't spend more.
Answered email and I have had money refunded. (Unfortunately because it was in £ to Euros and then back again I haven't been refunded the full amount but hey ho! I have had nearly all of it back. If they could sort out their packaging all would be ok.

Ordered 2 led ceiling lights. Had emails confirming order and to say they had been dispatched. They came in under a week.the lights look great they are a bit awkward to assemble due to small screws and me having big hands. I read some bad reviews but took a chance due to the style and price of the lights. They have been up a couple of days and so far so good. I would use again

We purchased two Svanfolk ceiling lights and 6 LED bulbs to match the fittings. They all arrived in good time but were poorly packed - cardboard box falling apart and no packing to stop the contents moving about. However, there seemed to be no damage to the goods. A few issues: 3 of the 6 bulbs supplied were the wrong type and I had to make an additional purchase elsewhere - it wasn't worth the hassle of returning them to Illumination for replacements. The ceiling bracket on one of the lights was bent and when straightened to it would lie flush on the ceiling, the retaining bolts didn't marry up with the holes drilled in the wooden base. A bit of adjustment with a drill solved that one. Also, there is no earthing point and as the lamp holders are metal, I think this is a UK requirement. Having said all of that the lights look great and we love the combination of natural wood and metal.

it’s going to have to be taken to the small claims court unfortunately! (I have many years experience in this)This company is not based in the uk and have lied to me on numerous occasions about delivery times and WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! 🤬

Ordered on 19/05/2020, finally arrived on 20/06/2020 - but it has an EU 2 pin plug, so i can't use it as i am in the UK.
Had to chase them by email to get a response because my item was was taking so long to arrive - website states 2 weeks.
After it arrived - Finally see on their website - once you go to the refunds section this FAQ is there!!! its obviously one of the things that people complain about most and then it states if an adapter did not arrive with your item, please email us - which i have done 3 times so far!
Just a rubbish service, you can't blame COVID, as its just poor service, inaccurate description and they don't make it clear when you are ordering that the item is a German product arriving from Germany not suitable for UK - i was so disappointed, that is why i am writing a review, in hope no one else buys from them and ends up disappointed. To get a refund, i have to pay postage back to Germany????

Ordered on 26/05/20 still not received. No answers yo emails. Best to avoid.

Ordered Confirmed on 28/4/20 contacted after a week & no notification of dispatch, I made contact via their website form, but no reply! So 5 days later called the number on website for CS, guess what not recognised, just like those cold calls you get from a U.K. no & when you do 1471, it’s not recognised as their in China as I know suspect this firm is & not in Germany.

Avoid this company they sent two damaged lights. It's impossible to contact customer services and they have refused to return my £50!

This is probably the worst online shop I have ever used! Terrible and unreliable customer service. Firstly, after I'd put my order for several items, I got a phone call asking me if I was planning to return them since all of the items very fairly similar. What kind of service is that? Secondly, when I put my order in the beginning of December, I was advised that the order would be delivered within 3-6 days, or slightly longer but before Christmas. After the New Year, I was advised that the items would be delivered in the fourth week of January. It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received anything despite several chase up emails. Being so fed up,I eventually requested a refund and got an email saying that it would be proceeded shortly. It therefore looks like my order has still not been ready for dispatch despite reassurance from the shop that it would have been dispatched by now... I am now awaiting a refund and hoping that it's not going to take another 2 months...

I so regret buying anything from them. Very very poor service. I had ordered items from them in June 2019 and after weeks of delay when I enquired it was informed that the items have gone missing. After 6 months now they are asking me for the payment of all the items that was not even delivered saying that it was delivered. So many emails have been exchanged that I am so fed up and tired. Never ever I would recommend this company.

Kovi LED wall lights Great product. Love the fact you can dim lights via toggle switch. Minor issue with one lamp very quickly resolved through customer services. Very positve experience Super efficient and courteous service has led me to buy further products.

Received a quality floor lamp from this company. Had a small issue which when highlighted back to the company they dealt with promptly and without any hassle, great customer service. I will look at them again knowing that you can get quality products at competitive prices with a no hassle customer focussed customer service.

Would never buy anything from these again. Sent me a faulty light which I had to struggle to the shop with to return as they wouldnt collect it then deducted the £5 off they gave me off the order because it wasn't over the amount specified on voucher. Was not my fault they sent a faulty light out and they ignore emails but reply to paypal when it suits them. If I had known I would have sent the whole order back as they could have given me that for all the inconvenience I had.

Bought a couple of very well made lamps from here.

Initially i had a problem with shipping, but they dealt with my complaint excellently.

They refunded one amount of shipping to me and my items are brilliant quality.

I would definitely recommend this site to anyone
