It was a tremendous experience doing course with the IH London. The tutors were great and supportive. Their feedback worked alot. I love the environment, so much positivity. Overall, the experience was so great.

Great teacher and group of students.Good venue in central location

I came back to IH London for a one-week General English course at B1 level.
I’m 41 and I started learning English quite late, so I’m not the easiest student, but I always felt supported and encouraged.

The teachers I had (both in the morning and in the afternoon) were very professional, patient and really focused on making everyone speak, not only the strongest students. The lessons were mainly based on speaking and listening, with group activities and discussions that were challenging but helped me to make progress.

The international atmosphere in the classroom (students from many different countries) is a big plus, because it forces you to use English all the time. The school staff were always helpful and well organised.

I would recommend IH London to anyone who wants to seriously improve their English, even if your level is not very high yet or you are studying as an adult. You need to work hard, but the environment and the teachers really help.

I did the Celta course, the tutors are simply amazing, mine were Will, Yiota and Marianne. This school has everything you need and everyone is so supportive. The course had a clear structure and guidance was given throughout the course to maximise your chance to shine while maintaining it very intense and challenging. I really learned and practiced so much on this course, I'm so glad I chose IH.

I study English here, and I really like it. The teachers listen to me, even when I cannot speak well. The lessons are easy to understand. The school has a great culture that helps students practice English every day. Everyone is friendly and always encourages me to speak. There are many good activities and trips, so I can relax and not feel stressed. I am happy to learn here.

I recently completed my CELTA at IH London and it has been the most marvellous experience. The tutors are great and guide you with balanced feedback and tips. The entire team is very supportive and there is timely information. There is never a time that you feel clueless or lost. I thoroughly enjoyed my course. We even get a free language course of our choice after completing the CELTA!

Amazing leaning environment

I had a wonderful three-week experience on this course. The one-to-one lessons and the Business English sessions were truly valuable. Melanie and John were incredible teachers, and Erica and William are exceptional people who make you feel completely at home.
It was a really beautiful experience, one I will definitely repeat, because it helped me so much.

IH London is truly wonderful. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It’s clear that the school has a lot of experience and uses strong, effective teaching methods. You can immediately see that they have smart, well-organized approaches to education. The teachers are highly skilled and talented, and on top of that, they are warm, caring, and genuinely engaged. They take the time to listen to students’ questions and needs. Fantastic!

Jon was a great professor and the centre was convenient.

It was a really relaxed atmosphere. We just started chatting in the group, exchanging ideas, and Nick (our teacher) picked up some key words and explored them with us in more depth. His method (collocations), combining habitual and natural words helped me a lot. You didn't even notice that you were at ‘school’.
I will definitely be back next year.
