I would also like to share my feedback regarding this experience.
The delay and lack of follow-up have been disappointing, especially because in the past your customer care team was always very responsive and made sure everything was handled properly.
I understand that there may have been changes in the team or internal processes, but unfortunately, this time I did not feel the same level of support and communication.
I believe that maintaining good customer care and regular follow-up is very important to keep customers’ trust and satisfaction.
I hope you can look into what happened and improve the process for future orders.
Thank you for your attention,

Customer service is excellent and staff are extremely helpful.
However I was disappointed in the colour of my logo compared to a previous order placed, which was much more vibrant and more prominent.
